أدانت رابطةُ العالم الإسلامي -باستنكارٍ شديدٍ- قصفَ جيش حكومة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، مدرسةً تُؤوي نازحين في قطاع غزة؛ مما أدى إلى خسائر جسيمة في الأرواح.
وفي بيانٍ للأمانة العامة للرابطة، ندَّد الأمين العام رئيس هيئة علماء المسلمين الشيخ الدكتور محمد بن عبدالكريم العيسى، بتمادي حكومة الاحتلال في انتهاكاتِها الإجرامية الغادرة لاتفاق وقف إطلاق النار، ومواصلتها قصفَ المدنيين والمنشآت المدنيّة، وعرقلة المساعدات الإنسانية، التي تشتدُّ الحاجةُ إليها في القطاع المنكوب.
وشدد العيسى على الضرورةِ المُلحّة لاضطلاع المجتمع الدوليّ بمسؤولياته، تجاه إلزام حكومة الاحتلال بالامتثال الكامل للاتفاق، ووضع حدٍّ لنهجها الإجرامي في انتهاك كل القوانين والأعرف الدولية، وتقويض المساعي الدولية لوقف الحرب وإحلال السلام في قطاع غزّة وكامل الأراضي الفلسطينية المُحتلَّة.
The Muslim World League condemned -in strong terms- the Israeli occupation army's bombing of a school housing displaced persons in the Gaza Strip; resulting in significant loss of life.
In a statement from the League's General Secretariat, the Secretary-General and President of the Muslim Scholars Association, Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, denounced the occupation government's continued criminal violations of the ceasefire agreement, its ongoing bombing of civilians and civilian facilities, and its obstruction of humanitarian aid, which is urgently needed in the afflicted region.
Al-Issa emphasized the urgent necessity for the international community to fulfill its responsibilities in compelling the occupation government to fully comply with the agreement, and to put an end to its criminal approach of violating all international laws and norms, undermining international efforts to stop the war and establish peace in the Gaza Strip and all occupied Palestinian territories.
