شددت وزارة التعليم، على إدارات التعليم بإلزام المدارس التي تطبق نظام التعليم المدمج ضمن خطط الاستغناء عن المدارس المسائية بمعايير الجدول الدراسي.
وبينت، في دليل الخطط الدراسية في التعليم المدمج، أنه يتعين أن تكون الحصص الدراسية في التعليم الحضوري 7 حصص، وفي التعليم عن بعد يكون الحد الأدنى 11 حصة دراسية، ويكون زمن الحصة في التعليم الحضوري 45 دقيقة للمرحلتين الابتدائية والمتوسطة، و50 دقيقة للمرحلة الثانوية، وفي التعليم عن بعد يكون زمن الحصة الدراسية 35 دقيقة كحد أدنى في المرحلتين الابتدائية والمتوسطة، و40 دقيقة كحد أدنى في المرحلة الثانوية، مع الاستفادة من تطبيق الحد الأدنى المحدد بما لا يتجاوز 5% من الحصص المخصصة للمواد الدراسية في نظام التعليم الحضوري، مشيرة إلى أهمية تصنيف المواد الدراسية وفقاً لنمط التعلم، كالآتي: حضوري (الأنشطة الطلابية التي يتم تقديمها بشكل كامل بنمط التعليم الحضوري وجهاً لوجه ويخصص زمنها وفق الخطة الدراسية المعتمدة)، وعن بعد (المواد الدراسية التي تدرس بشكل كامل عبر المنصات الرقمية ويخصص لها زمن وفق الشروط المعتمدة)، وهجين (المواد الدراسية التي تدرس بنمط التعليم الحضوري عبر المنصات الرقمية بحيث لا تقل نسبة التدريس الحضوري عن 70% مع الالتزام باستيفاء الحصص الدراسية للمادة خلال العام الدراسي).
وأوضحت، أن المواد الدراسية في نظام هجين تشمل مواد اللغة العربية والرياضيات والعلوم واللغة الإنجليزية والتربية البدنية والدفاع عن النفس والتربية الفنية، بينما في نظام عن بعد تشمل مواد القرآن الكريم والدراسات الإسلامية والدراسات الاجتماعية والمهارات والتقنيات الرقمية والمهارات الحياتية والأسرية والتفكير الناقد، على أن تكون حصص النشاط حضورياً.
The Ministry of Education emphasized to the education administrations the necessity for schools implementing the blended learning system to comply with the standards of the academic schedule in their plans to phase out evening schools.
It clarified in the guide for academic plans in blended learning that there should be 7 classes in face-to-face education, while the minimum for distance education should be 11 classes. The duration of a class in face-to-face education is 45 minutes for elementary and middle school, and 50 minutes for high school. In distance education, the minimum class duration is 35 minutes for elementary and middle school, and 40 minutes for high school, with the possibility of applying the minimum duration specified not exceeding 5% of the classes allocated for subjects in the face-to-face education system. It highlighted the importance of classifying subjects according to the learning style as follows: Face-to-Face (student activities that are fully delivered in a face-to-face format and allocated time according to the approved academic plan), Distance (subjects taught entirely through digital platforms with allocated time according to the approved conditions), and Hybrid (subjects taught in a face-to-face format through digital platforms, ensuring that the face-to-face teaching percentage is not less than 70%, while fulfilling the class requirements for the subject throughout the academic year).
It explained that the subjects in the Hybrid system include Arabic language, mathematics, science, English language, physical education, self-defense, and art education, while in the Distance system, it includes the Quran, Islamic studies, social studies, skills and digital technologies, life and family skills, and critical thinking, with activity classes to be conducted in person.
