أوقفت الإدارة العامة للرواتب والأنظمة في وزارة الصحة الصرف التلقائي لبدلات الضرر، ومزاولة الطب الشرعي، والعمل في أقسام العزل، على أن يتم التقديم لطلب صرفها عبر الخدمة الذاتية في نظام موارد اعتباراً من 1 نوفمبر 2025.
وأوضحت الإدارة، أن الخطوة تأتي ضمن جهود الوزارة في رفع كفاءة الصرف المالي وتحقيق دقة البيانات، مشيرة إلى أن صرف هذه البدلات مستقبلاً سيكون بعد التقديم بطلب إلكتروني عبر خدمة «البدلات» في النظام.
وأكدت، أن التنظيم يهدف إلى تحديث آليات العمل وتحسين تجربة الموظف، بما يواكب التحول الرقمي في أنظمة الموارد البشرية داخل القطاع الصحي، ويعزز مبادئ الشفافية والانضباط المالي.
ودعت الإدارة جميع الموظفين إلى المبادرة بتقديم الطلبات إلكترونياً اعتباراً من التاريخ المحدد لضمان استمرار الصرف دون تأخير، مقدّرة تعاون منسوبي الوزارة في تطبيق هذا التحديث.
The General Administration of Salaries and Systems at the Ministry of Health has suspended the automatic disbursement of damage allowances, forensic medicine allowances, and work in isolation departments, stating that applications for these allowances should be submitted through the self-service feature in the Mawared system starting from November 1, 2025.
The administration clarified that this step is part of the ministry's efforts to enhance financial disbursement efficiency and ensure data accuracy, noting that the disbursement of these allowances in the future will be after submitting an electronic request through the "Allowances" service in the system.
It emphasized that the regulation aims to update work mechanisms and improve the employee experience, in line with the digital transformation in human resources systems within the health sector, and to enhance principles of transparency and financial discipline.
The administration called on all employees to take the initiative to submit their requests electronically starting from the specified date to ensure the continuation of disbursement without delay, appreciating the cooperation of the ministry's staff in implementing this update.
