فيما أتاحت وزارة التعليم للمنقولين التقدم بطلب نقل جديد بعد مُضي ثلاث سنوات، ويجوز لصاحب الصلاحية الاستثناء من ذلك عند الحاجة، تغلق الوزارة غداً (الإثنين) التقديم على النقل الداخلي للمعلمين والمعلمات لسد العجز والموازنة بين التخصصات.
وأكدت أن إجراءات الموازنة والنقل داخل القطاع تتم وفقاً لمعايير عدة؛ أبرزها نقل معلمي ذوي الإعاقة الذين لم يسند لهم نصاب تدريسي في فصول ذوي الإعاقة لتدريس فصول ضمن التعليم العام، ويعاملون في الأنصبة التدريسية حسب رتبهم. ويسد الاحتياج في المرحلة الابتدائية ونقل معلمي ذوي الإعاقة من حملة الدبلوم بعد البكالوريوس ولم يسند لهم نصاب تدريسي في فصول ذوي الإعاقة لتدريس فصول ضمن التعليم العام، ويعاملون في الأنصبة التدريسية حسب رتبهم. ويسد الاحتياج بتخصص البكالوريوس حسب مرحلة مؤهله، ونقل معلمي الموهوبين لسد الاحتياج في برامج الموهوبين من المدارس الأخرى، ومن ثم سد الاحتياج التعليمي في التخصصات الأخرى مع مراعاة التخصص والمؤهل في المرحلتين المتوسطة والثانوية.
وأشارت وزارة التعليم إلى أنه يتم تنفيذ النقل الداخلي لجميع شاغلي الوظائف التعليمية المكلفين بالتشكيلات المدرسية والإشرافية بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة من خلال النظام الإلكتروني المعتمد؛ وفق المعايير المعتمدة، واحتياج قطاعهم التعليمي على أن يتم التنفيذ من خلال إدارة الموارد البشرية بإدارة التعليم مع رفع تقرير بكافة الإجراءات المنفذة لوكالة الوزارة للموارد.

The Ministry of Education indicated that internal transfers for all educational job holders assigned to school and supervisory formations are implemented in coordination with the relevant authorities through the approved electronic system; according to the approved criteria and the needs of their educational sector, with execution carried out by the Human Resources Department in the Education Administration, along with submitting a report on all implemented procedures to the Ministry's Agency for Resources.
