ضمن مبادرة «نأتي إليك» التي تنفذها وكالة وزارة الداخلية للأحوال المدنية للجهات الحكومية والخاصة، ومبادرة «موجودين» الموجهة لخدمة المحافظات والمراكز والقرى البعيدة عن مكاتب الأحوال المدنية، تقوم الوحدات المتنقلة للأحوال المدنية بتقديم خدماتها للرجال والنساء في (62) موقعاً حول المملكة.
بدأت الوحدات المتنقلة للأحوال المدنية بمنطقة عسير بتقديم خدماتها اليوم للرجال في مدرسة متوسطة الترمذي بمحافظة خميس مشيط، وابتدائية الوليد ومتوسطة القدس بمحافظة محايل عسير، ومتوسطة بلسمر، لمدة يومين لكل منها، ومتوسطة الواديين بمحافظة أحد رفيدة، وثانوية عبد الله بن عباس بمحافظة رجال ألمع، ومتوسطة الشحاك بمحافظة ظهران الجنوب، لمدة يوم واحد لكل منها، وللنساء في متوسطة الرونة للبنات بمحافظة خميس مشيط لمدة يومين، فيما تقدم الخدمة يوم الإثنين للرجال في متوسطة راحة سحنان بمحافظة ظهران الجنوب، ومجمع الإحسان التعليمي بمحافظة رجال ألمع، لمدة يوم واحد لكل منهما، ويوم الثلاثاء في متوسطة عبدالملك بن مروان بمحافظة خميس مشيط لمدة يومين، وفي مقر اللواء التاسع عشر بوزارة الدفاع بمحافظة ظهران الجنوب، ومجمع عكاظ التعليمي بمحافظة رجال ألمع، ويوم الأربعاء في قطاع حرس الحدود بمحافظة ظهران الجنوب، وابتدائية أحمد بن حنبل بمحافظة رجال ألمع، ومتوسطة العرين بمدينة أبها، فيما تقدم الخدمة يوم الخميس في قطاع الأفواج الأمنية بمحافظة ظهران الجنوب لمدة يوم لكل موقع.
وتقدم الوحدات المتنقلة بمنطقة الرياض خدماتها اليوم للرجال في مركز الراجحية لمدة يومين، ومدرسة ابن تيمية الابتدائية بشقراء، وللنساء في مدرسة مسار العلوم الأهلية بالمزاحمية لمدة يوم لكل منهما، ومدارس لبخة للبنات لمدة 3 أيام، ويوم الاثنين للرجال في مدرسة أبي بكر الصديق الابتدائية بشقراء، ومدرسة متوسطة وثانوية مركز رغبة، ومتوسطة المزاحمية لمدة يوم لكل منها، وللنساء في مركز التسرير لمدة يومين، ويوم الثلاثاء في ابتدائية ومتوسطة العفج للبنين بالرين لمدة 3 أيام، ومركز صبحاء، ومدرسة دار المنار الأهلية الابتدائية بشقراء، وللنساء في مركز الشواطن، ومدرسة التحفيظ بالمزاحمية، والثانوية التاسعة للبنات بالخرج وثانوية روضة سدير للبنات، ويوم الأربعاء تقدم الخدمة للرجال في مدرسة الإمام عاصم لتحفيظ القرآن الابتدائية بشقراء لمدة يوم واحد لكل منها، وللنساء في مركز نفي لمدة يومين، ويوم الخميس للرجال في مدرسة علي بن أبي طالب الابتدائية بشقراء لمدة يوم واحد.
وتقوم الوحدات المتنقلة بمنطقة القصيم بتقديم خدماتها اليوم للنساء في ثانوية البنات بمركز خصيبة لمدة 4 أيام، ومتوسطة البنات بمركز الفوارة لمدة 3 أيام، ويوم الاثنين للرجال في متوسطة ابن عامر الشامي بمحافظة رياض الخبراء، ومدرسة الرواد بمحافظة البدائع لمدة يومين لكل منهما، وللنساء في الابتدائية الثانية للبنات بمحافظة المذنب، فيما تقدم الخدمة يوم الثلاثاء للرجال في متوسطة وثانوية مركز كحلة، ومتوسطة مركز الجرذاوية، وللنساء في مجمع مركز شري التعليمي لمدة 3 أيام لكل منها، ويوم الأربعاء للرجال في متوسطة مجمع الشيخ محمد إبراهيم الخضير بمحافظة رياض الخبراء لمدة يومين، وللنساء في مدرسة الابتدائية الثالثة للبنات بمحافظة المذنب لمدة يوم واحد.
وفي منطقة الجوف تقوم الوحدات المتنقلة بتقديم خدماتها يوم الاثنين للرجال في مكتب جوازات محافظة القريات، وابتدائية الإمام الشافعي بمحافظة طبرجل، وللنساء في جمعية أصحاب الهمم بمحافظة القريات، والابتدائية التاسعة للبنات بمحافظة طبرجل لمدة يومين لكل موقع.
وتقوم الوحدات المتنقلة بمنطقة مكة المكرمة بتقديم خدماتها اليوم للنساء في مركز المحاني لمدة يومين، ومركز قيا، ويوم الاثنين في مركز أبو راكة، فيما تقدم الخدمة يوم الأربعاء للنساء في مقر الخطوط الجوية العربية السعودية بجدة، ويوم الخميس للرجال لمدة يوم واحد لكل منها.
وتقدم الوحدات المتنقلة بالمنطقة الشرقية خدماتها يوم الاثنين للنساء في متوسطة أم عمارة للبنات بالظهران، ومدرسة الخنساء الثانوية للبنات بالظهران، فيما تقدم خدماتها يوم الثلاثاء للرجال والنساء في جمعية البر بسنابس بمحافظة القطيف، وللنساء في ابتدائية نعيم النحام للبنات بالدمام، والمتوسطة الرابعة للبنات بالدمام، ويوم الأربعاء في مدرسة الأبناء المتوسطة للبنات بمحافظة حفر الباطن، والمتوسطة الثانية والثلاثون للبنات بالدمام، والثانوية الثامنة للبنات بالدمام لمدة يوم واحد لكل موقع.
وتقوم الوحدات المتنقلة بمنطقة حائل بتقديم خدماتها اليوم للرجال والنساء في محافظة الشملي لمدة أسبوع، فيما تقدم الخدمة يوم الثلاثاء للرجال في إدارة المساجد والدعوة والإرشاد بمحافظة بقعاء، ويوم الأربعاء للنساء لمدة يوم واحد.
وتوفر الوحدات المتنقلة للمستفيدين والمستفيدات خدمات السجل المدني كإصدار بطاقة الهوية الوطنية وتجديدها وبدل تالف عنها.
وتعد الخدمات المتنقلة من أبرز وسائل تقديم الخدمة الميدانية في الأحوال المدنية، بما تقدمه من تسهيلات لعموم المستفيدين من الرجال والنساء، وتسهم في اختصار الوقت وتقليل الجهد على المستفيدين.
As part of the "We Come to You" initiative implemented by the Ministry of Interior's Civil Status Agency for government and private entities, and the "Present" initiative aimed at serving provinces, centers, and villages far from civil status offices, the mobile civil status units are providing their services to men and women in (62) locations across the Kingdom.
The mobile civil status units in the Asir region began offering their services today to men at Al-Tirmidhi Intermediate School in Khamis Mushait, and at Al-Waleed Primary School and Al-Quds Intermediate School in Muhayil Asir, and at Balsamer Intermediate School, for two days each. They are also serving at Al-Wadiain Intermediate School in Ahd Rufaidah, Abdullah bin Abbas High School in Rijal Almaa, and Al-Shahak Intermediate School in Dhahran Al-Janub, for one day each, and for women at Al-Runa Intermediate School for Girls in Khamis Mushait for two days. On Monday, services will be provided to men at Al-Raha Sahnane Intermediate School in Dhahran Al-Janub, and at Al-Ihsan Educational Complex in Rijal Almaa, for one day each. On Tuesday, services will be offered at Abdul Malik bin Marwan Intermediate School in Khamis Mushait for two days, at the 19th Brigade headquarters of the Ministry of Defense in Dhahran Al-Janub, and at Okaz Educational Complex in Rijal Almaa. On Wednesday, services will be provided in the Border Guard sector in Dhahran Al-Janub, at Ahmad bin Hanbal Primary School in Rijal Almaa, and at Al-Areen Intermediate School in Abha. On Thursday, services will be provided in the Security Forces sector in Dhahran Al-Janub for one day at each location.
The mobile units in the Riyadh region are providing services today to men at Al-Rajhi Center for two days, and at Ibn Taymiyyah Primary School in Shuqra. For women, services will be offered at Al-Masar Private School in Al-Muzahimiyah for one day each, and at Labkhah Girls' Schools for three days. On Monday, services will be provided to men at Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Primary School in Shuqra, at the Intermediate and Secondary School in the Center of Raghbah, and at Al-Muzahimiyah Intermediate School for one day each. For women, services will be provided at Al-Tasrir Center for two days. On Tuesday, services will be offered to men at Al-Afaj Primary and Intermediate School for Boys in Al-Rain for three days, at Subha Center, and at Dar Al-Manar Private Primary School in Shuqra. For women, services will be provided at Al-Shawatin Center, at the Quran Memorization School in Al-Muzahimiyah, and at the Ninth Secondary School for Girls in Al-Kharj and Rawdat Sudair Secondary School for Girls. On Wednesday, services will be provided to men at Imam Asim Primary School for Quran Memorization in Shuqra for one day each, and for women at Nafi Center for two days. On Thursday, services will be provided to men at Ali bin Abi Talib Primary School in Shuqra for one day.
The mobile units in the Qassim region are providing services today to women at the Girls' Secondary School in Khasibah for four days, and at the Girls' Intermediate School in Al-Fawarah for three days. On Monday, services will be provided to men at Ibn Amer Al-Shami Intermediate School in Riyadh Al-Khabra, and at Al-Ruwad School in Al-Badiah for two days each, and for women at the Second Primary School for Girls in Al-Mudhnib. On Tuesday, services will be offered to men at the Intermediate and Secondary School in Kahlah Center, and at the Intermediate School in Al-Jurdawiyah, and for women at the Shari Educational Complex for three days each. On Wednesday, services will be provided to men at Sheikh Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Khudair Educational Complex in Riyadh Al-Khabra for two days, and for women at the Third Primary School for Girls in Al-Mudhnib for one day.
In the Al-Jawf region, the mobile units are providing services on Monday to men at the Passports Office in Al-Qurayyat, and at Imam Al-Shafi'i Primary School in Tabarjal, and for women at the Association of People of Determination in Al-Qurayyat, and at the Ninth Primary School for Girls in Tabarjal for two days at each location.
The mobile units in the Makkah region are providing services today to women at Al-Mahani Center for two days, and at Qiya Center, and on Monday at Abu Rakah Center. On Wednesday, services will be provided to women at the Saudi Arabian Airlines headquarters in Jeddah, and on Thursday to men for one day at each location.
The mobile units in the Eastern Province are providing services on Monday to women at Umm Ammarah Intermediate School for Girls in Dhahran, and at Al-Khansa Secondary School for Girls in Dhahran. On Tuesday, services will be provided to men and women at the Charitable Association in Sanabis in Qatif, and for women at Naeem Al-Nahham Primary School for Girls in Dammam, and at the Fourth Intermediate School for Girls in Dammam. On Wednesday, services will be provided at the Al-Abna Intermediate School for Girls in Hafr Al-Batin, at the Thirty-Second Intermediate School for Girls in Dammam, and at the Eighth Secondary School for Girls in Dammam for one day at each location.
The mobile units in the Hail region are providing services today to men and women in Al-Shamli Governorate for a week, while services will be provided on Tuesday to men at the Department of Mosques, Call, and Guidance in Buqayq, and on Wednesday to women for one day.
The mobile units provide beneficiaries with civil registry services such as issuing national identity cards, renewing them, and replacing damaged ones.
Mobile services are among the most prominent means of providing field services in civil status, offering facilities to all beneficiaries, both men and women, and helping to save time and reduce effort for the beneficiaries.
