كشفت وزارة البلديات، في التعديلات الأخيرة على جدول الجزاءات، أن مخالفة واحدة فقط من أصل ست مخالفات مُنحت مهلة تصحيحية لا تتجاوز يوماً واحداً، فيما أبقت الوزارة 83.4% من المخالفات الأخرى بلا أي مهلة إنذارية.وتمثلت المخالفة الوحيدة المستثناة في عدم التزام المقاول بوضع شعار الجهة الخدمية إلى جانب شعار المقاول واسمه على الحواجز المؤقتة، إذ حُددت غرامتها بين 1000 و5000 ريال مع مهلة تصحيحية ليوم واحد فقط.أما بقية المخالفات، فجاءت جميعها دون مهلة تصحيحية، وتشمل نزع الحشائش أو الأشجار، أو إتلاف أقفاص حماية الأشجار الصغيرة، أو العبث بالحدائق العامة أو الساحات البلدية، أو إتلاف النخيل والأشجار وشبكات الري، بغرامة بين 200 و1000 ريال، وثالثاً ترك الحواجز المؤقتة بعد انتهاء الأعمال لأكثر من 24 ساعة، بغرامة من 600 إلى 3000 ريال، وبلغت مخالفة إضافة طبقة أسفلت فوق الرصيف لتعديل المسار غرامة بين 1000 و5000 ريال، وخامساً استخدام حواجز مؤقتة تالفة أو غير مدهونة أو غير متماثلة، بغرامة من 1000 إلى 5000 ريال، وأخيراً عدم توحيد نوع وحجم الحواجز المؤقتة، وغرامتها بين 1000 و5000 ريال.
83 % من مخالفات البلديات بلا مُهل تصحيحية
The Ministry of Municipalities revealed in the recent amendments to the penalties schedule that only one out of six violations was granted a corrective period not exceeding one day, while the ministry left 83.4% of the other violations without any warning period. The only exception was the violation of the contractor's failure to place the service entity's logo alongside the contractor's logo and name on the temporary barriers, for which a fine was set between 1000 and 5000 riyals with a corrective period of only one day. As for the remaining violations, all came without a corrective period, including the removal of weeds or trees, damaging the protective cages of small trees, tampering with public gardens or municipal squares, or damaging palm trees, trees, and irrigation networks, with fines ranging from 200 to 1000 riyals. Thirdly, leaving temporary barriers after the completion of work for more than 24 hours incurs a fine ranging from 600 to 3000 riyals. The violation of adding an asphalt layer over the sidewalk to modify the path incurs a fine between 1000 and 5000 riyals. Fifthly, using damaged, unpainted, or non-uniform temporary barriers incurs a fine ranging from 1000 to 5000 riyals. Finally, not standardizing the type and size of temporary barriers incurs a fine between 1000 and 5000 riyals.
