تسبّب تطبيق «حضوري» في بقاء أبناء المعلمين داخل المدارس حتى انتهاء دوام أولياء أمورهم، بعد أن أصبح توثيق انصراف المعلمين عبر التطبيق شرطا لمغادرتهم، ما وضع كثيرا من الأسر التعليمية في موقف صعب.وأوضح عدد من المعلمين، لـ«عكاظ»، أن أبناءهم يرافقونهم صباحا إلى المدارس التي يعملون بها، وبعد انتهاء الحصص الدراسية يضطرون للبقاء حتى يوثّق آباؤهم خروجهم من خلال التطبيق، وقال تركي السبيعي وفهد الروقي، إن أبناءهما «ينتظرون لساعات في الفصول أو المكاتب حتى نغادر معا، ما يسبب لهم إرهاقا نفسيا وجسديا».فيما أشار محمد النهاري إلى أن الانتظار يصل أحيانا إلى ساعتين، خصوصا في المرحلة الابتدائية، وهذه الإشكالية تكشف اختلاف طبيعة عمل المعلمين عن موظفي القطاعات الأخرى، مضيفا: «عملنا مرتبط بالطلاب وليس بساعات الدوام فقط، ومن غير المنطقي أن يخضع لذات المعايير الوظيفية».ويطالب عدد من المعلمين وزارة التعليم بمراجعة ضوابط التطبيق وتطوير نظام أكثر مرونة يراعي خصوصية البيئة التعليمية، والمسافات التي تفصل بين المدارس والمنازل، خصوصا أن بعض المعلمين لا يتمكنون من إيصال أبنائهم ثم العودة لمقرات عملهم في الوقت المحدد.يُشار إلى أن «عكاظ» تناولت في تقارير سابقة إشكالات أخرى واجهها المعلمون مع التطبيق، من بينها وجبات الغداء، ما تسبب في زيادة مصروفاتهم اليومية.

Meanwhile, Mohammed Al-Nahari pointed out that the waiting sometimes reaches two hours, especially in elementary school, and this issue highlights the difference between the nature of teachers' work and that of employees in other sectors, adding: "Our work is linked to the students, not just to working hours, and it is illogical to be subjected to the same employment standards." A number of teachers are calling on the Ministry of Education to review the app's regulations and develop a more flexible system that takes into account the unique nature of the educational environment and the distances between schools and homes, especially since some teachers are unable to drop off their children and then return to their workplaces on time. It is worth noting that "Okaz" has previously addressed other issues faced by teachers with the app, including lunch meals, which have led to increased daily expenses.
