أعلن رئيس الهيئة العامة للترفيه المستشار تركي آل الشيخ مساء اليوم (الجمعة) افتتاح موسم الرياض 2025 في نسخته السادسة، وذلك خلال مسيرة عالمية كبرى انطلقت بين منطقتي «المملكة أرينا» و*«بوليفارد وورلد»*، وسط حضور جماهيري واسع وأجواء احتفالية ضخمة، لتفتتح العاصمة السعودية موسمًا جديدًا من الإبداع والمتعة.
وفي كلمته بهذه المناسبة، رفع آل الشيخ خالص الشكر والتقدير لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز وولي العهد الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز على دعمهما الكبير لقطاع الترفيه، قائلاً: «بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، قائدُنا الملهم ولي العهد الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، صاحب الدعم اللامحدود لكل ما يُسهم في نهضة الوطن ورفعة شأنه. وبهذا الدعم نفتتح اليوم موسم الرياض في نسخته السادسة لعام 2025، الذي يجمع العالم في قلب المملكة، ويعكس ما وصلت إليه بلادنا من تقدّم وتميّز في صناعة الترفيه».
وشهدت مسيرة الافتتاح عروضًا فنية وجوالة مبهرة جمعت بين الموسيقى والاستعراض بمشاركة فرق عالمية ومحلية، إضافة إلى بالونات ضخمة وأيقونات شهيرة تُعرض لأول مرة في المملكة، لتمنح الزوار تجربة بصرية استثنائية تمزج بين الألوان والحركة والبهجة.
وفي لمسة عالمية جديدة، تشارك شركة Macy’s الأمريكية – المنظِّم الأشهر للعروض الاحتفالية في نيويورك – بتقديم بالونات عملاقة تُعرض للمرة الأولى خارج الولايات المتحدة، لتضفي على الافتتاح بُعدًا عالميًا يعكس مكانة الرياض كوجهة رئيسة للفعاليات الكبرى.
ويجسّد هذا الحدث رؤية موسم الرياض في تقديم تجربة ترفيهية عالمية بمعايير سعودية، تجمع بين الإبداع المحلي والتعاون الدولي، وترسّخ مكانة العاصمة كواحدة من أهم مدن العالم في مجال الترفيه وصناعة الفرح.
The Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority, Counselor Turki Al-Sheikh, announced this evening (Friday) the opening of Riyadh Season 2025 in its sixth edition, during a grand global parade that launched between the "Kingdom Arena" and *"Boulevard World"*, amidst a wide public attendance and massive celebratory atmosphere, as the Saudi capital opens a new season of creativity and enjoyment.
In his speech on this occasion, Al-Sheikh expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz for their significant support for the entertainment sector, stating: "In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, our inspiring leader, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, who provides unlimited support for everything that contributes to the nation's renaissance and elevates its status. With this support, we inaugurate today the Riyadh Season in its sixth edition for the year 2025, which brings the world to the heart of the Kingdom and reflects the progress and excellence our country has achieved in the entertainment industry."
The opening parade featured stunning artistic performances and roaming shows that combined music and displays with the participation of international and local teams, in addition to giant balloons and famous icons showcased for the first time in the Kingdom, offering visitors an exceptional visual experience that blends colors, movement, and joy.
In a new global touch, the American company Macy’s – the most famous organizer of celebratory shows in New York – is participating by presenting giant balloons displayed for the first time outside the United States, adding a global dimension to the opening that reflects Riyadh's status as a major destination for major events.
This event embodies the vision of Riyadh Season in providing a global entertainment experience with Saudi standards, combining local creativity and international collaboration, and solidifying the capital's position as one of the most important cities in the world in the field of entertainment and the joy industry.
