يرعى أمير المنطقة الشرقية الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز، غدا (الإثنين)، حفل افتتاح «معرض الشرقية للحرف اليدوية»، وذلك في مركز سلطان بن عبدالعزيز للعلوم والتقنية (سايتك).
ويأتي المعرض بتنظيم من هيئة تطوير المنطقة الشرقية تزامنا مع «عام الحرف اليدوية» في المملكة، بهدف إبراز الهوية الثقافية للمنطقة الشرقية وإحياء الحرف التقليدية، وتحفيز الاستثمار في منتجاتها، إضافة إلى توفير منصات تعليمية وتفاعلية تسهم في تعزيز حضور الحرفيين ودعم الاقتصاد الإبداعي.
ويستمر المعرض حتى 15 أكتوبر الجاري، متضمنا ورش عمل حيّة، وسوقا للحرفيين، ومعارض للصور والأعمال الحرفية، إلى جانب «واحة الطفل» التي خُصصت للأنشطة التفاعلية.
The Prince of the Eastern Province, Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, will sponsor the opening ceremony of the "Eastern Province Handicrafts Exhibition" tomorrow (Monday) at the Sultan bin Abdulaziz Science and Technology Center (SciTech).
The exhibition is organized by the Eastern Province Development Authority in conjunction with the "Year of Handicrafts" in the Kingdom, aiming to highlight the cultural identity of the Eastern Province, revive traditional crafts, and stimulate investment in its products, in addition to providing educational and interactive platforms that contribute to enhancing the presence of artisans and supporting the creative economy.
The exhibition will continue until October 15, featuring live workshops, a market for artisans, exhibitions of photographs and handicrafts, along with a "Children's Oasis" dedicated to interactive activities.
