The "Hadhouri" application, which was adopted by the Ministry of Education to verify the attendance of male and female teachers in public education schools and their departure, has malfunctioned with the start of the sixth week of classes, continuing its failure over the past two weeks despite the insistence of education administrations in all regions and governorates to implement it.
Teachers were surprised by the message "Unable to reach the service," and after repeated attempts, they were forced to sign in paper attendance books despite arriving early; to ensure they complete the required seven hours for official working hours. They urged the ministry to quickly resolve the issue, which has become a source of concern due to fears of recording days of absence or hours of tardiness through the electronic application. They pointed out the importance of finding solutions to the recurring malfunctions or suspending its use during the first semester of this year and returning to paper preparation until the issue is resolved.
