دشّن أمير منطقة حائل، الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعد بن عبدالعزيز، اليوم، حزمة من المشاريع التنموية الكبرى بتكلفة إجمالية بلغت 1.22 مليار ريال، تعكس توجه الدولة نحو تعزيز مكانة حائل كوجهة سياحية وصناعية واعدة.
ووضع حجر الأساس لمشروع قرية سياحية تُقام على مساحة (305) آلاف متر مربع، وبتكلفة تصل إلى 320 مليون ريال، ليكون إضافة نوعية للبنية السياحية في المنطقة ومقصدا جديدا للزوار، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 في جعل السياحة رافدا رئيسيا للاقتصاد الوطني.
كما شهد الحفل توقيع عقد إدارة وتشغيل وتطوير البنية التحتية للمنطقة الصناعية على مساحة تتجاوز (7) ملايين متر مربع، وبتكلفة بلغت 900 مليون ريال، في خطوة تهدف إلى تطوير الخدمات اللوجستية والصناعية وجذب الاستثمارات النوعية، بما يخلق فرص عمل جديدة ويعزز من مكانة حائل كمركز اقتصادي متنامٍ.
حضر التدشين وزير الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان ماجد بن عبدالله في تأكيد على تكامل الجهود بين القطاعين العام والخاص لدفع مسيرة التنمية في المنطقة.
هذه المشاريع تُشكّل نقطة تحول إستراتيجية في مسار التنمية بالمنطقة، إذ تجمع بين البعد السياحي الذي يثري تجربة الزوار، والبعد الصناعي الذي يدعم الاقتصاد الوطني، لتكون حائل على أعتاب مرحلة جديدة من الحراك التنموي الشامل.
The Prince of Hail Region, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, today inaugurated a package of major development projects with a total cost of 1.22 billion riyals, reflecting the state's direction towards enhancing Hail's status as a promising tourist and industrial destination.
He laid the foundation stone for a tourist village to be established over an area of (305) thousand square meters, with a cost reaching 320 million riyals, to be a qualitative addition to the tourism infrastructure in the region and a new destination for visitors, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 to make tourism a major contributor to the national economy.
The ceremony also witnessed the signing of a contract for the management, operation, and development of the infrastructure for the industrial area, covering an area exceeding (7) million square meters, with a cost of 900 million riyals. This step aims to develop logistical and industrial services and attract quality investments, creating new job opportunities and enhancing Hail's status as a growing economic center.
The inauguration was attended by the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah, confirming the integration of efforts between the public and private sectors to advance the development process in the region.
These projects represent a strategic turning point in the development trajectory of the region, as they combine the tourism aspect that enriches the visitors' experience with the industrial aspect that supports the national economy, positioning Hail on the brink of a new phase of comprehensive developmental movement.
