عقدت الهيئة العامة لمجلس الشورى، اليوم (الأحد)، اجتماعها الثاني من أعمال السنة الثانية للدورة التاسعة، في مقر المجلس بالرياض، برئاسة نائب رئيس المجلس الدكتور مشعل السُّلمي، وبحضور مساعد رئيس المجلس الدكتورة حنان الأحمدي، والأمين العام للمجلس الأستاذ محمد المطيري، إلى جانب رؤساء اللجان المتخصصة، وذلك للنظر في الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول أعمالها.
وأحالت الهيئة العامة إلى جدول أعمال جلسات المجلس خلال الفترة القادمة 20 موضوعاً درستها اللجان المتخصصة، من بينها التقرير السنوي لبنك المنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة للعام المالي 1445هـ / 1446هـ، كما أقرت الهيئة إحالة التقرير السنوي لصندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية للعام المالي 1445هـ/ 1446هـ.
وفي سياقٍ متصل، أحالت الهيئة إلى المجلس التقرير السنوي لجامعة حائل للعام الجامعي 2024م، كما أحالت التقرير السنوي لوزارة السياحة للعام المالي 1445هـ / 1446هـ، إضافة إلى إحالة التقرير السنوي لصندوق التنمية الزراعية للعام المالي 1445هـ / 1446هـ.
ووافقت الهيئة العامة على إحالة عدد من تقارير لجان المجلس المتخصصة، تضمنت مشاريع مذكرات تفاهم واتفاقيات مع عدد من الدول الشقيقة والصديقة في مجالات عدة، إلى جانب عددٍ من التقارير التي تتعلق بمشاريع للأنظمة؛ تمهيداً لعرضها أمام المجلس في جلساته العامة القادمة.
يُذكر أن الهيئة العامة لمجلس الشورى، وفقاً لقواعد عمل المجلس وإجراءاته ولائحته الداخلية، تختص بوضع الخطة العامة للمجلس ولجانه، والتأكد من النواحي الإجرائية لتقارير اللجان ومدى جاهزيتها للعرض على المجلس، ووضع جدول أعمال جلسات المجلس، إضافة إلى عدد من الاختصاصات الأخرى التي تضمنتها قواعد وإجراءات عمل المجلس ولائحته الداخلية.
The General Authority of the Shura Council held its second meeting today (Sunday) for the second year of the ninth session at the council's headquarters in Riyadh, chaired by the Vice President of the Council, Dr. Mishal Al-Sulami, and attended by the Assistant President of the Council, Dr. Hanan Al-Ahmadi, the Secretary-General of the Council, Mr. Mohammed Al-Mutairi, along with the heads of specialized committees, to discuss the topics listed on its agenda.
The General Authority referred 20 topics studied by the specialized committees to the agenda of the council's upcoming sessions, including the annual report of the Small and Medium Enterprises Bank for the fiscal year 1445H / 1446H. The authority also approved the referral of the annual report of the Human Resources Development Fund for the fiscal year 1445H / 1446H.
In a related context, the authority referred to the council the annual report of the University of Hail for the academic year 2024, as well as the annual report of the Ministry of Tourism for the fiscal year 1445H / 1446H, in addition to referring the annual report of the Agricultural Development Fund for the fiscal year 1445H / 1446H.
The General Authority approved the referral of several reports from the council's specialized committees, which included draft memoranda of understanding and agreements with several brotherly and friendly countries in various fields, along with several reports related to projects for regulations; in preparation for presenting them to the council in its upcoming public sessions.
It is worth noting that the General Authority of the Shura Council, according to the council's rules of procedure and internal regulations, is responsible for setting the general plan for the council and its committees, ensuring the procedural aspects of the committees' reports and their readiness for presentation to the council, setting the agenda for the council's sessions, in addition to several other competencies included in the rules and procedures of the council and its internal regulations.
