أشاد أمير المنطقة الشرقية الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز بانطلاقة المشاريع الكبرى للبيئة والمياه والزراعة التي دشنت اليوم، مؤكداً أن الدعم الكبير الذي يحظى به هذا القطاع من القيادة يُجسد حرصها المستمر على تعزيز التنمية الشاملة، وتلبية احتياجات المواطنين بخدمات نوعية تواكب مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
جاء ذلك خلال استقباله بمكتبه اليوم وزير البيئة والمياه والزراعة المهندس عبدالرحمن الفضلي، يرافقه عدد من قيادات الوزارة.
وأشار أمير المنطقة الشرقية إلى أن هذه المشاريع العملاقة تمثل نقلة نوعية في مسيرة التنمية البيئية والمائية والزراعية، وتسهم في رفع كفاءة الخدمات المقدمة، وتحقيق الاستدامة، وتعزيز جودة الحياة في مختلف مناطق المملكة، مثمناً جهود وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة في تنفيذ مشاريع متعددة تدعم التنمية البيئية وتواكب التوجهات الوطنية، من خلال الاستثمار في التقنيات الحديثة والممارسات الصديقة للبيئة، بما يعزز مكانة المملكة الريادية في هذا المجال.
من جانبه، أكد الوزير الفضلي أن الوزارة ماضية في تنفيذ مبادرات نوعية وتوسيع نطاق شراكاتها الإستراتيجية مع مختلف القطاعات، بما يسهم في تعزيز الاستدامة البيئية، وتحقيق أمن مائي وغذائي مستدام، يتماشى مع تطلعات القيادة ورؤية المملكة 2030.
The Prince of the Eastern Province, Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, praised the launch of major projects for the environment, water, and agriculture that were inaugurated today, affirming that the significant support this sector receives from the leadership embodies its ongoing commitment to enhancing comprehensive development and meeting the citizens' needs with quality services that align with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
This came during his reception today in his office of the Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, Engineer Abdulrahman Al-Fadli, accompanied by several ministry leaders.
The Prince of the Eastern Province indicated that these giant projects represent a qualitative leap in the journey of environmental, water, and agricultural development, contributing to improving the efficiency of the services provided, achieving sustainability, and enhancing the quality of life in various regions of the Kingdom. He appreciated the efforts of the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture in implementing multiple projects that support environmental development and align with national directions by investing in modern technologies and environmentally friendly practices, thereby enhancing the Kingdom's pioneering position in this field.
For his part, Minister Al-Fadli confirmed that the ministry is moving forward with implementing qualitative initiatives and expanding the scope of its strategic partnerships with various sectors, contributing to enhancing environmental sustainability and achieving sustainable water and food security, in line with the aspirations of the leadership and the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
