حرّرت الفرق الرقابية لوزارة التجارة 348 مخالفة بيع فورية بحق منشآت مخالفة لم تلتزم بضوابط وشروط العروض والتخفيضات الخاصة بمناسبة اليوم الوطني الـ95 وفقاً لأنظمة حماية المستهلك.
وأوضحت الوزارة أنها نفذت 14,164 زيارة ميدانية على الأسواق والمراكز التجارية في كافة مناطق المملكة للتحقق من التزامها بتراخيص التخفيضات، وإبرازها للمستهلك، والالتزام بالتخفيضات والعروض الحقيقية المرخص لها، ونسب التخفيضات، وبطاقات الأسعار أو القارئ الإلكتروني للأسعار متضمّناً السعر قبل وبعد التخفيض، والإفصاح بوضوح عن سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع.
ودعت الوزارة المستهلكين إلى التحقّق من نظامية وصحة التخفيضات والعروض التجارية من خلال مسح «الباركود» الظاهر في الترخيص للاطلاع على كافة البيانات المتعلق بالتخفيضات، التي تشمل «نوع ونسبة التخفيضات، ومدتها، بالإضافة إلى بيانات المنشأة».

The regulatory teams of the Ministry of Commerce have issued 348 violations for immediate sales against establishments that did not comply with the regulations and conditions of offers and discounts for the occasion of the 95th National Day, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
The ministry clarified that it conducted 14,164 field visits to markets and commercial centers across all regions of the Kingdom to verify their compliance with discount licenses, their display to consumers, adherence to the actual licensed discounts and offers, discount percentages, and price tags or electronic price readers that include the price before and after the discount, as well as clearly disclosing the return and exchange policy.
The ministry urged consumers to verify the legality and accuracy of discounts and commercial offers by scanning the "barcode" displayed on the license to access all data related to the discounts, which include "type and percentage of discounts, duration, in addition to establishment data."
