ضبطت القوات الخاصة للأمن البيئي مواطنين مخالفين لنظام البيئة لارتكابهما مخالفة الشروع في الصيد دون ترخيص في منطقة حائل، بحوزتهما بندقية شوزن، وأخرى هوائية، و(489) ذخيرة متنوعة، وتم تطبيق الإجراءات النظامية بحقهما.
وشددت القوات على الالتزام بنظام البيئة ولوائحه التنفيذية التي تجرم صيد الكائنات الفطرية، مؤكدةً أن عقوبة الصيد في أماكن محظور الصيد فيها غرامة (5,000) ريال، وعقوبة الصيد دون ترخيص غرامة (10,000) ريال، وعقوبة استخدام بنادق الشوزن في الصيد غرامة (100,000) ريال.
وأهابت في الوقت ذاته بالمبادرة بالإبلاغ عن أي حالات تمثل اعتداءً على البيئة أو الحياة الفطرية، وذلك بالاتصال بالرقم (911) بمناطق مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة والرياض والشرقية، و(999) و(996) في بقية مناطق المملكة، وستعامل جميع البلاغات بسرية تامة، دون أدنى مسؤولية على المبلّغ.
The special forces for environmental security apprehended citizens violating the environmental system for attempting to hunt without a license in the Hail region, in possession of a shotgun, an air rifle, and (489) assorted ammunition. Legal procedures were applied against them.
The forces emphasized the importance of adhering to the environmental system and its executive regulations that criminalize the hunting of wild organisms, confirming that the penalty for hunting in prohibited areas is a fine of (5,000) riyals, the penalty for hunting without a license is a fine of (10,000) riyals, and the penalty for using shotguns in hunting is a fine of (100,000) riyals.
At the same time, they urged the public to report any cases that represent an assault on the environment or wildlife by calling (911) in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and (999) and (996) in the rest of the Kingdom's regions. All reports will be treated with complete confidentiality, with no liability on the reporter.
