برعاية محافظ الطائف الأمير سعود بن نهار بن سعود بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، انطلقت عصر اليوم (الثلاثاء)، مسيرة العرض في منتزه الردف، ضمن احتفالات اليوم الوطني الـ95 للمملكة، التي أقيمت بالتعاون مع قيادة المنطقة تحت شعار «عزنا بطبعنا».
وشهدت الطائف استعدادات شملت تهيئة مداخل ومخارج المدينة، وتزيين الشوارع والميادين والمنتزهات بالأعلام والإضاءات التجميلية، إلى جانب إضاءة المباني الحكومية باللون الأخضر وتشغيل النوافير التفاعلية واللوحات الإلكترونية التي عكست مشاعر الولاء والانتماء للوطن.
وتأتي هذه الفعاليات لمشاركة الأهالي فرحتهم باليوم الوطني، وتعزيز روح الفخر بالهوية الوطنية، واستذكار جهود الملك المؤسس عبدالعزيز بن عبدالرحمن آل سعود -رحمه الله- في توحيد البلاد، ومواصلة مسيرة التنمية في عهد خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وولي عهده الأمير محمد بن سلمان.
كما تضمنت الاحتفالات مجموعة من الفعاليات والأنشطة الثقافية التي تعكس التراث الوطني وتعزز الانتماء للوطن، بما في ذلك العروض الشعبية، والأركان التفاعلية، والمسابقات الثقافية، والمحاضرات التوعوية التي تسلط الضوء على تاريخ المملكة ومكتسباتها.
Under the patronage of the Governor of Taif, Prince Saud bin Nahar bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the parade commenced this afternoon (Tuesday) at Al Rudaf Park, as part of the celebrations for the 95th National Day of the Kingdom, held in collaboration with the regional leadership under the slogan "Our Pride is in Our Nature."
Taif witnessed preparations that included the enhancement of the city's entrances and exits, decorating the streets, squares, and parks with flags and decorative lights, in addition to illuminating government buildings in green and activating interactive fountains and electronic displays that reflected feelings of loyalty and belonging to the homeland.
These events aim to share the joy of National Day with the residents, enhance the spirit of pride in national identity, and commemorate the efforts of the founding king, Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud - may God have mercy on him - in unifying the country, and to continue the development journey under the reign of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and his Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
The celebrations also included a variety of cultural events and activities that reflect the national heritage and enhance belonging to the homeland, including folk performances, interactive booths, cultural competitions, and awareness lectures that highlight the history of the Kingdom and its achievements.
