وضع برنامج «حساب المواطن» عدة خيارات أمام المستفيدين لإثبات الاستقلالية، من خلال إرفاق أحد المستندات التالية:
صك الملكية مع فاتورة الكهرباء، صك الملكية مع شهادة الإشغال، سكن أئمة ومؤذنين، تعريف سكن من قطاع عسكري، تعريف سكن من قطاع حكومي أو خاص، تعريف سكن صادر من المعاهد أو الأكاديميات.
وأشار البرنامج إلى إمكانية إثبات الاستقلالية آلياً دون الحاجة لإرفاق مستندات، عبر عقد إيجار ساري المفعول في منصة «إيجار»، أو من خلال الاستفادة من الإسكان التنموي، أو عبر تعريف سكن معتمد من الجامعات والكليات.
وأوضح البرنامج أن هذه الآليات تأتي في إطار السعي لتبسيط الإجراءات وضمان وصول الدعم لمستحقيه، بما يعكس حرص الدولة على تعزيز العدالة والشفافية في منظومة الحماية الاجتماعية، وترسيخ الثقة بين المواطن والجهات المسؤولة عن إدارة الدعم.
The "Citizen Account" program has provided several options for beneficiaries to prove their independence by attaching one of the following documents:
Property deed with an electricity bill, property deed with a certificate of occupancy, housing for imams and muezzins, housing identification from a military sector, housing identification from a government or private sector, or a housing identification issued by institutes or academies.
The program indicated the possibility of proving independence electronically without the need to attach documents, through a valid rental contract on the "Ejar" platform, or by benefiting from developmental housing, or through a housing identification approved by universities and colleges.
The program clarified that these mechanisms come as part of the effort to simplify procedures and ensure that support reaches those who deserve it, reflecting the state's commitment to enhancing justice and transparency in the social protection system, and reinforcing trust between citizens and the entities responsible for managing support.
