استقبل أمير منطقة المدينة المنورة الأمير سلمان بن سلطان بن عبدالعزيز، في مكتبه بالإمارة، وزير البلديات والإسكان ماجد بن عبدالله الحقيل، يرافقه أمين المنطقة المهندس فهد بن محمد البليهشي.
وجرى خلال الاستقبال استعراض مسارات التنمية العمرانية والخدمية في المدينة المنورة، إضافة إلى خُطط الوزارة المستقبلية، وما تحقق من إنجازات في مشروعات البنية التحتية والإسكان في مدن ومحافظات المنطقة، إلى جانب بحث متطلبات المرحلة القادمة بما يتوافق مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
وأشاد أمير منطقة المدينة المنورة بالمشروعات التنموية والسكنية والخدمية التي تُسهم في تحقيق نقلة نوعية للمنطقة، وتُعزّز من جاذبيتها العمرانية والاقتصادية، في ظل ما توليه القيادة الرشيدة -أيدها الله- من عناية واهتمام بتطوير البُنية التحتية، وتحسين جودة الحياة، وتوفير بيئةٍ استثمارية مُحفّزة، بما يواكب مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، ويُترجم طموحاتها في بناء مدن عصرية جاذبة، تُحقق التنمية المتوازنة، وتُلبّي تطلعات المواطنين والمقيمين والزوار.
من جهته قدّم وزير البلديات والإسكان شُكره وتقديره لأمير منطقة المدينة المنورة على دعمه المتواصل، مؤكّدا أن هذا الدعم يُشكّل حافزًا كبيرًا لتسريع وتيرة العمل، وتحقيق تطلعات القيادة الرشيدة -أيدها الله- وتعزيز البرامج التطويرية في إطار رحلتها التنموية المستدامة، التي جعلت من المملكة في قائمة أفضل 100 وجهة عالمية، وأسهمت في تقدمها بمؤشر المدن الذكية (IMD).
The Prince of the Medina Region, Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, received the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hoqail, in his office at the emirate, accompanied by the region's Secretary, Engineer Fahd bin Mohammed Al-Bulayshi.
During the reception, they reviewed the paths of urban and service development in Medina, in addition to the ministry's future plans, and the achievements made in infrastructure and housing projects in the cities and governorates of the region, as well as discussing the requirements for the upcoming phase in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The Prince of Medina praised the developmental, housing, and service projects that contribute to achieving a qualitative leap for the region and enhance its urban and economic attractiveness, in light of the care and attention given by the wise leadership - may God support it - to developing infrastructure, improving quality of life, and providing a stimulating investment environment, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and translating its ambitions into building attractive modern cities that achieve balanced development and meet the aspirations of citizens, residents, and visitors.
For his part, the Minister of Municipalities and Housing expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Prince of Medina for his continuous support, affirming that this support serves as a significant incentive to accelerate the pace of work, achieve the aspirations of the wise leadership - may God support it - and enhance developmental programs within the framework of its sustainable development journey, which has placed the Kingdom among the top 100 global destinations and contributed to its advancement in the Smart Cities Index (IMD).
