أصدرت الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء تحذيرًا من منتج «فرانكفورت الدجاج» للعلامة التجارية (التاروتي) المُصنع في المملكة، والمعبأ في عبوات بحجم (12) قطعة، ويحمل تاريخ صلاحية حتى 04 / 05 / 2026، برقم التشغيلة (L2216.ZCN.F)، موضحةً أن نتائج التحاليل المخبرية أثبتت تلوث المنتج ببكتيريا ستافيلو كوكس أوريوس (Staphylococcus aureus) التي قد تشكل خطرًا على صحة المستهلك.
سحب المنتج
وأوصت الهيئة المستهلكين بتجنب استهلاك هذا المنتج والتخلص منه على الفور، مشددةً على أنها اتخذت الإجراءات اللازمة بسحب المنتج من الأسواق، وأوقفت خط الإنتاج للمصنع بشكل فوري.
وأكدت «الغذاء والدواء» أنها اتخذت الإجراءات النظامية بحق الشركة المصنعة، مشيرةً في الوقت ذاته إلى أن مخالفة نظام الغذاء ولائحته التنفيذية قد تصل إلى السجن مدة لا تزيد على 10 سنوات، أو غرامة تصل إلى 10 ملايين ريال، أو بهما معًا.
ردع المخالفين
وأوضحت أن اكتشاف البكتيريا في المُنتج المُحَّذر منه جاء خلال الجولات الرقابية التي قام بها مفتشو الهيئة على عددٍ من مصانع الأغذية؛ للتأكد من سلامة المنتجات الغذائية، وردع المخالفين والحد من المنتجات التي قد تشكل خطورةً على المستهلكين.
وشددت «الغذاء والدواء» على أنها لن تتهاون مع أي مخالفة تمس صحة المواطنين والمقيمين، مشيرةً إلى أنها تواصل جهودها لتعزيز سلامة المنتجات، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة حيال المخالف منها، وتدعو الجميع للإبلاغ عن المخالفات المتعلقة بالغذاء من خلال التواصل مع مركز الاتصال الموحد في الهيئة عبر (19999).
The Saudi Food and Drug Authority issued a warning regarding the product "Chicken Frankfurt" from the brand (Al-Tarouti) manufactured in the Kingdom, packaged in containers of (12) pieces, with an expiration date until 04 / 05 / 2026, and batch number (L2216.ZCN.F). It clarified that laboratory analysis results confirmed the contamination of the product with Staphylococcus aureus bacteria, which may pose a risk to consumer health.
Product Recall
The authority recommended that consumers avoid consuming this product and dispose of it immediately, emphasizing that it has taken the necessary measures to withdraw the product from the markets and has halted the production line of the factory immediately.
The "Food and Drug Authority" confirmed that it has taken legal actions against the manufacturing company, noting at the same time that violating the Food Law and its executive regulations may result in imprisonment for a period not exceeding 10 years, or a fine of up to 10 million riyals, or both.
Deterring Violators
It clarified that the discovery of bacteria in the warned product came during inspection rounds conducted by the authority's inspectors at several food factories; to ensure the safety of food products, deter violators, and limit products that may pose a risk to consumers.
The "Food and Drug Authority" stressed that it will not tolerate any violation that affects the health of citizens and residents, indicating that it continues its efforts to enhance product safety and take necessary actions against any violations, and calls on everyone to report food-related violations by contacting the unified call center at the authority via (19999).
