حددت وزارة التعليم خطة الانضباط المدرسي للعام الدراسي 1447هـ في مدارس التعليم العام بقطاعيها للبنين والبنات.
وبينت الوزارة في دليل قواعد السلوك والمواظبة أنه يتعين على المدارس تنفيذ 17 إجراء تتمثل في الآتي: استثمار اللجان والمجالس المدرسية في تعزيز الانضباط المدرسي، ونشر قواعد السلوك والمواظبة بحيث تكون القواعد واضحة ومعلنة بين منسوبي المدرسة والطلبة وأولياء الأمور، وتعزيز الفهم وتنظيم لقاءات تعريفية للطلبة وأولياء الأمور لشرح القواعد والتوقعات وكيفية الالتزام بها، وتطبيق قواعد السلوك والمواظبة على الطلبة المتغيبين ومتكرري التأخر الصباحي بالتكامل مع برنامج تعزيز القيم والسلوك الإيجابي، وتنفيذ برامج التوجيه الطلابي المعززة للقيم والسلوك الإيجابي والمهارات النفسية والاجتماعية، وتفعيل الأنشطة المدرسية المحفزة والجاذبة للطلبة وتكثيفها في الأسابيع التي تسبق الاختبارات أو الإجازات الدراسية، وتقديم الدعم النفسي والتربوي للطلبة الذين يواجهون أي تحديات أو صعوبات من خلال برنامج رعاية أو برامج ذات العلاقة، ومتابعة حالات الطلبة متكرري الغياب والتأخر الصباحي، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية وتفعيل الإطار العام لتوثيق العلاقة بين المدرسة والأسرة، ودعوة أولياء الأمور في أسبوع عودة الكادر التعليمي.
خطة التعلم
وأوضحت الوزارة، أن الإجراءات تتضمن، التأكيد على دور الأسرة في تعزيز القيم والسلوك الإيجابي لدى الأبناء وتزويدهم بخطة التعلم الأسبوعية، وإرسال الرسائل التحفيزية لأولياء الأمور، التي تؤكد أهمية الحضور اليومي والمواظبة مع استثمار المنصات الرقمية المعتمدة، ومتابعة توقيع ولي الأمر والطالب إلكترونيا على الالتزام المدرسي والاطلاع على قواعد السلوك والمواظبة، ومتابعة توزيع وتطبيق الخطة الدراسية من أول يوم دراسي، ورصد غياب وحضور الطلبة بشكل يومي وإدراجه في نظام نور وتفعيل البرامج الوقائية للحد من انتشار المشكلات السلوكية لدى الطلبة، ومتابعة وتقويم غياب الطلبة والتأكد من تطبيق اللوائح المنظمة لذلك وتقييم مدى فاعلية إجراءات الانضباط المدرسي بشكل دوري، وتعديل الإجراءات لتعزيز فعالية الخطة وإعداد التقارير اللازمة.
The Ministry of Education has set the school discipline plan for the academic year 1447 AH in public education schools for both boys and girls.
The ministry clarified in the Code of Conduct and Attendance Guide that schools must implement 17 measures, which include: utilizing school committees and councils to enhance school discipline, disseminating the rules of conduct and attendance so that they are clear and announced among school staff, students, and parents, promoting understanding and organizing introductory meetings for students and parents to explain the rules, expectations, and how to adhere to them, applying the rules of conduct and attendance to absent students and those who frequently arrive late in conjunction with the program to enhance values and positive behavior, implementing student guidance programs that promote values, positive behavior, and psychological and social skills, activating stimulating and attractive school activities and intensifying them in the weeks leading up to exams or school holidays, providing psychological and educational support to students facing any challenges or difficulties through care programs or related programs, monitoring cases of students who frequently miss school and arrive late, taking corrective actions, activating the general framework to document the relationship between the school and the family, and inviting parents during the week of the return of the educational staff.
Learning Plan
The ministry explained that the measures include emphasizing the role of the family in enhancing values and positive behavior among children and providing them with the weekly learning plan, sending motivational messages to parents that emphasize the importance of daily attendance and commitment while utilizing approved digital platforms, monitoring the electronic signature of the parent and student on school commitment and reviewing the rules of conduct and attendance, following up on the distribution and application of the curriculum from the first school day, tracking student absences and attendance daily and entering it into the Noor system, activating preventive programs to limit the spread of behavioral issues among students, monitoring and evaluating student absences, ensuring the application of the regulations governing this, and periodically assessing the effectiveness of school discipline measures, adjusting procedures to enhance the effectiveness of the plan, and preparing the necessary reports.
