أعرب رئيس ديوان المظالم رئيس مجلس القضاء الإداري الدكتور خالد بن محمد اليوسف، عن سعادته البالغة بما أورده ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان، في خطابه الذي ألقاه نيابة عن خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، في افتتاح أعمال السنة الثانية من الدورة التاسعة لمجلس الشورى، مما تحقق لبلادنا الغالية من نجاحات سياسية وتنموية، وما تعمل عليه وينتظرها من إستراتيجيات ومستهدفات في الصعيدين المحلي والعالمي، الذي بدأ يرتسم جلياً على أرض الواقع وملامح المستقبل، وما تقوم عليه من إمكانات وموارد بشرية ومادية، وتطمح إليه معها وبها إلى مكانة بارزة في صفوف الدول المتقدمة.
وقال: إن الخطاب الملكي الكريم الذي ألقاه ولي العهد حمل في طياته معطيات ومحفزات رؤية المملكة 2030، التي غدت مستهدفاتها واقعاً ملموساً في مختلف مناطق المملكة ومفاصلها التنموية، استكمالاً لما زفّه ولي العهد من بشائر التنمية نحو مستقبل أرقى جودة وأبعد أثراً.
وأكد: يمثل الخطاب الملكي الكريم الذي نتشرف بتجدده كل عام إطلالة على مستقبل المملكة وفق أدق مناهج التخطيط الإستراتيجي، حيث يستلهم أبناء الوطن وبناته الإنجاز من خلال هذا الخطاب وروح المبادرة، ويجدون في عباراته ومعطياته الحافز للانخراط والمساهمة في مشاريعه التنموية، سائلاً الله تعالى أن يحفظ بلادنا وقيادتنا وأن يديم علينا الأمن والنماء.
The President of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judiciary Council, Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Yousef, expressed his immense happiness with what was stated by the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, in his speech delivered on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, at the opening of the second year of the ninth session of the Shura Council.
