أشاد النائب العام عضو هيئة كبار العلماء الشيخ سعود بن عبدالله المعجب بالمضامين السامية والرؤى الطموحة التي تضمنها الخطاب الملكي الكريم الذي ألقاه نيابةً عن خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان، في افتتاح أعمال السنة الثانية من الدورة التاسعة لمجلس الشورى.
وأكد المعجب أن الخطاب عكس ما حققته المملكة من إنجازات وطنية كبرى، وما تسير نحوه بخطى واثقة من تحقيق الأهداف الإستراتيجية لرؤية 2030، وبناء اقتصاد متنوع ومستدام يرتكز على مالية عامة قوية لا تعتمد على مصدر وحيد، الأمر الذي جعل المملكة وجهة عالمية جاذبة للاستثمار وبيئة واعدة لتوليد فرص العمل وتعزيز الازدهار.
وأشار المعجب إلى أن ما ورد في الخطاب يعكس حرص القيادة على جعل المواطن محور التنمية، وتعزيز مواقف المملكة تجاه قضايا الأمة العربية والإسلامية، ودورها الفاعل في ترسيخ الأمن والسلم الإقليمي والدولي، إضافة إلى تطوير البيئة التشريعية والقضائية بما يكفل حماية الحقوق وترسيخ العدالة والشفافية.
وأوضح أن النيابة العامة تستلهم من هذه التوجهات المباركة دافعاً أكبر لتعزيز دورها في إنفاذ العدالة ورعاية الحقوق، سائلاً المولى -عز وجل- أن يحفظ خادم الحرمين الشريفين وولي عهده، وأن يديم على الوطن الغالي نعمة الأمن والنماء.
The Attorney General and member of the Council of Senior Scholars, Sheikh Saud bin Abdullah Al-Muajab, praised the noble meanings and ambitious visions contained in the royal speech delivered on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, by the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, during the opening of the second year of the ninth session of the Shura Council.
Al-Muajab affirmed that the speech reflected the major national achievements that the Kingdom has accomplished and the confident steps it is taking towards achieving the strategic goals of Vision 2030, and building a diverse and sustainable economy based on a strong public finance that does not rely on a single source. This has made the Kingdom an attractive global destination for investment and a promising environment for generating job opportunities and enhancing prosperity.
Al-Muajab pointed out that what was mentioned in the speech reflects the leadership's commitment to making the citizen the focus of development, enhancing the Kingdom's positions on issues concerning the Arab and Islamic nations, and its active role in establishing regional and international security and peace, in addition to developing the legislative and judicial environment to ensure the protection of rights and establish justice and transparency.
He clarified that the Public Prosecution draws from these blessed directions a greater motivation to enhance its role in enforcing justice and protecting rights, asking the Almighty - Glorified and Exalted - to preserve the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his Crown Prince, and to continue bestowing the precious homeland with the blessing of security and growth.
