كشف صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية استفادة مليون طالب وطالبة في المرحلة الثانوية من مبادرة التوجيه والإرشاد المهني في المدارس، بمختلف مناطق المملكة، منذ إطلاق المبادرة في سبتمبر 2023م، وحتى نهاية شهر مايو الماضي 2025، يأتي ذلك استمراراً لجهود الصندوق في تمكين الكفاءات الوطنية وإعدادها للمستقبل وتقليل الفجوة بين مهاراتها ومستقبل سوق العمل.
وشملت جهود المبادرة إقامة أكثر من 19 ألف ورشة عمل، و18 ملتقى إرشاد مهني بمختلف مناطق المملكة، إضافة إلى نحو 5 آلاف جلسة إرشاد مهني فردية وجماعية ومجموعة من المشاركات الخارجية الأخرى التي استفاد منها عددٌ من المرشدين الطلابيين وأولياء الأمور.
وتأتي مبادرة التوجيه والإرشاد المهني في المدارس، بالشراكة والتكامل مع إدارات التعليم بمناطق ومحافظات المملكة؛ بهدف مواءمة مخرجات التعليم مع متطلبات سوق العمل وتمكين الطلاب والطالبات من التعرّف على مهارات ومتطلبات السوق الحالية والمستقبلية، وتعزيز مفهوم الإرشاد المهني وتفعيله في المدارس الحكومية والأهلية، من خلال مجموعة من المرشدين المهنيين المؤهلين.
وتهدف إلى تمكين الكوادر الوطنية من طلاب وطالبات، على اتخاذ خيارات تعليمية وقرارات مهنية أفضل واكتشاف ميولهم المهنية مبكراً، من خلال بناء منظومة متكاملة من خدمات التوجيه والإرشاد المهني، تساعدهم في رسم مستقبلهم وتحديد وجهتهم المهنية لاختيار المسار الدراسي المناسب.
وتُجسد هذه الجهود حرص الصندوق على إعادة تشكيل سوق العمل السعودية بكفاءات وطنية جاهزة للمستقبل، وتركيزه على بناء قدرات بشرية مستدامة تضمن النمو الاقتصادي للمملكة على المدى الطويل، وتُهيئ أجيالاً قادرةً على الابتكار والتكيّف مع المتغيرات المستقبلية، بما يُعزز دور الصندوق المحوري في رفد القطاعات الاقتصادية الجديدة والواعدة بالكوادر الوطنية المؤهلة، ويسرّع وتيرة التنويع الاقتصادي والتنمية المستدامة.
The Human Resources Development Fund revealed that one million male and female students in high school have benefited from the career guidance initiative in schools across various regions of the Kingdom, since the launch of the initiative in September 2023 until the end of May 2025. This comes as a continuation of the Fund's efforts to empower national competencies and prepare them for the future, as well as to reduce the gap between their skills and the future labor market.
The initiative's efforts included holding more than 19,000 workshops and 18 career guidance forums in different regions of the Kingdom, in addition to approximately 5,000 individual and group career guidance sessions, along with a number of other external participations that benefited several school counselors and parents.
The career guidance initiative in schools comes in partnership and integration with the education administrations in the regions and governorates of the Kingdom, aiming to align educational outcomes with labor market requirements and enable male and female students to identify current and future market skills and requirements, as well as to enhance and activate the concept of career guidance in public and private schools through a group of qualified career counselors.
It aims to empower national cadres of male and female students to make better educational choices and career decisions and to discover their professional inclinations early on, by building an integrated system of career guidance and counseling services that help them shape their future and determine their career direction to choose the appropriate educational path.
These efforts embody the Fund's commitment to reshaping the Saudi labor market with national competencies ready for the future, focusing on building sustainable human capacities that ensure the Kingdom's long-term economic growth, and preparing generations capable of innovation and adapting to future changes. This enhances the Fund's pivotal role in supplying new and promising economic sectors with qualified national talents and accelerates the pace of economic diversification and sustainable development.
