نيابة عن وزير الحرس الوطني الأمير عبدالله بن بندر بن عبدالعزيز، زار نائب وزير الحرس الوطني الدكتور ناصر بن عبدالعزيز الداود، معرضَ معدات الدفاع والأمن الدولي (DSEI 2025) في العاصمة البريطانية لندن.
وكان في استقباله نائب الرئيس التنفيذي لمعدات الدفاع والدعم الفريق الركن سايمون هاميلتون، وعقد الجانبان اجتماعاً بُحثت خلاله العلاقات الثنائية وتعزيزها وأوجه التعاون.
كما حضر نائب وزير الحرس الوطني افتتاح الجناح السعودي المشارك في المعرض، واطلع على ما يشهده قطاع الصناعات العسكرية السعودية من خطوات متسارعة نحو التوطين، وما يزخر به القطاع من قدرات محلية تلبي الاحتياجات العملياتية للأجهزة العسكرية.
وتجول الداود والوفد المرافق له في أروقة المعرض، واستمعوا إلى شرح عن الصناعات الدفاعية والإستراتيجية والتقنيات الحديثة المختلفة للجهات المشاركة.
On behalf of the Minister of National Guard, Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Minister of National Guard, Dr. Nasser bin Abdulaziz Al-Dawood, visited the International Defence and Security Equipment Exhibition (DSEI 2025) in the British capital, London.
He was received by the Deputy Chief Executive of Defence and Support Equipment, Lieutenant General Simon Hamilton, and the two sides held a meeting to discuss bilateral relations, their enhancement, and areas of cooperation.
The Deputy Minister of National Guard also attended the opening of the Saudi pavilion participating in the exhibition and was briefed on the rapid steps being taken in the Saudi military industries sector towards localization, as well as the local capabilities that meet the operational needs of military agencies.
Al-Dawood and his accompanying delegation toured the exhibition halls and listened to explanations about the various defense and strategic industries and modern technologies from the participating entities.
