قام المدير العام للتعليم بمنطقة الرياض الدكتور نايف بن عابد الزارع، بجولة ميدانية على عدد من مدارس محافظة وادي الدواسر، التقى خلالها أبناءه الطلاب وزملاءه المعلمين، في إطار حرص الإدارة على متابعة سير العملية التعليمية ميدانيا.
وأكد المدير العام خلال الجولة، أهمية تعزيز القيم التربوية لدى الطلاب، وتفعيل الشراكة مع الأسرة بوصفها شريكا أساسيا في نجاح العملية التعليمية، مشددا على أن التعاون المستمر بين البيت والمدرسة، يسهم في ترسيخ الانضباط وتحقيق التميز.
وتأتي هذه الجولة ضمن خطط الإدارة العامة للتعليم في منطقة الرياض، للوقوف على سير الدراسة في مختلف المدارس، وتقديم الدعم للميدان، بما يواكب أهداف وزارة التعليم، الرامية إلى تحسين المخرجات وتعزيز دور المدرسة، في بناء جيل واعٍ ومتمكن.
وفي سياق متصل، أقامت الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة الرياض، ورشة عمل بعنوان «السلطة الإدارية وتفويض الصلاحيات»، بحضور المساعد للخدمات، وعدد من موظفي وموظفات الإدارة، ضمن برنامج «أمانة» بالتعاون مع وزارة التعليم وهيئة الرقابة ومكافحة الفساد «نزاهة»، بهدف تعزيز قيم النزاهة والشفافية، ورفع كفاءة الأداء الإداري.
The Director General of Education in the Riyadh region, Dr. Naif bin Abed Al-Zar'ee, conducted a field tour of several schools in the Wadi Al-Dawasir Governorate, where he met with his students and fellow teachers, as part of the administration's commitment to monitoring the educational process on the ground.
During the tour, the Director General emphasized the importance of enhancing educational values among students and activating the partnership with families as a key partner in the success of the educational process, stressing that continuous cooperation between home and school contributes to instilling discipline and achieving excellence.
This tour is part of the General Administration of Education's plans in the Riyadh region to assess the progress of studies in various schools and provide support to the field, in line with the goals of the Ministry of Education, aimed at improving outcomes and enhancing the role of schools in building a conscious and capable generation.
In a related context, the General Administration of Education in the Riyadh region held a workshop titled "Administrative Authority and Delegation of Powers," attended by the Assistant for Services and several employees of the administration, as part of the "Amanah" program in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority "Nazaha," aimed at promoting values of integrity and transparency and enhancing the efficiency of administrative performance.
