دشّن نائب أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة الأمير سعود بن مشعل بن عبدالعزيز، بحضور وزير الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد الشيخ الدكتور عبداللطيف بن عبدالعزيز آل الشيخ، المصحف المرتل لقراء مسابقة الملك عبدالعزيز الدولية لحفظ القرآن الكريم وتلاوته وتفسيره في دورتها الخامسة والأربعين، وذلك خلال الحفل الختامي للمسابقة الذي أقيم أمس. وتشرّف سموه بحضوره نيابةً عن خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود.
ويُعدّ المشروع النوعي سابقة تاريخية تُسجَّل لأول مرة منذ انطلاقة المسابقة قبل 48 عاماً، وقامت وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد، بإشراف ومتابعة الوزير الشيخ الدكتور عبداللطيف بن عبدالعزيز آل الشيخ، وبالتعاون مع هيئة الإذاعة والتلفزيون ممثلةً في المركز السعودي للتلاوات القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية، بالإشراف على إصدار هذا المصحف المرتل الذي تولى المركز تنفيذه عبر مراحل التسجيل والمونتاج والمراجعات الفنية المتخصصة.
وأُنجز في مدة قياسية لم تتجاوز 7 أيام، عبر 3 وحدات تسجيل متخصصة أُقيمت في مقر المسابقة بمكة المكرمة، ليكون جاهزاً للنشر والبث عبر الإذاعات والقنوات العربية والإسلامية والمنصات الرقمية.
وانطلقت مراحل العمل بترشيح القراء المشاركين من قِبل لجنة التحكيم في التصفيات الأولية وفق معايير الضبط والتجويد، تلتها عملية فرز دقيقة وفق معايير جمال الصوت وحسن الأداء، ومرحلة التسجيل التي جرت بحضور مراقب متخصص للتلاوة، أعقبها المونتاج والتحرير الصوتي.
وخضع المصحف المرتل لمراجعتين متتاليتين من قبل فريق المركز في الرياض، شملت معالجة الملاحظات وإعادة التسجيل عند الحاجة، وصولاً إلى مرحلة الإخراج والمراجعة النهائية.
ويأتي هذا المشروع الريادي ليُشكّل إضافة تاريخية للمسابقة القرآنية الأعرق عالمياً، ويجسّد حرص المملكة على خدمة القرآن الكريم وأهله، وترسيخ رسالتها العالمية في نشر كتاب الله عبر الوسائل التقنية والإعلامية الحديثة.
The Deputy Emir of the Makkah Region, Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, inaugurated the recited Quran for the readers of the King Abdulaziz International Competition for Memorizing, Reciting, and Interpreting the Holy Quran in its forty-fifth edition, in the presence of the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, Sheikh Dr. Abdulatif bin Abdulaziz Al Sheikh, during the closing ceremony of the competition held yesterday. His Highness was honored to attend on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
This qualitative project marks a historical precedent recorded for the first time since the launch of the competition 48 years ago. The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call, and Guidance, under the supervision and follow-up of Minister Sheikh Dr. Abdulatif bin Abdulaziz Al Sheikh, in cooperation with the Broadcasting and Television Authority represented by the Saudi Center for Quranic Recitations and Prophetic Hadiths, oversaw the issuance of this recited Quran, which the center executed through stages of recording, editing, and specialized technical reviews.
It was completed in a record time of no more than 7 days, through 3 specialized recording units established at the competition venue in Makkah, to be ready for publication and broadcasting via Arab and Islamic radios, channels, and digital platforms.
The work stages began with the nomination of participating readers by the judging committee in the preliminary qualifiers according to standards of accuracy and recitation. This was followed by a precise sorting process based on criteria of voice beauty and performance quality, and the recording phase, which took place in the presence of a specialized supervisor for recitation, followed by editing and audio production.
The recited Quran underwent two consecutive reviews by the center's team in Riyadh, which included addressing notes and re-recording when necessary, leading to the final output and review stage.
This pioneering project comes to represent a historical addition to the most prestigious Quranic competition globally, embodying the Kingdom's commitment to serving the Holy Quran and its people, and reinforcing its global message in spreading the Book of God through modern technological and media means.
