نائب أمير الرياض يدشّن مبادرة «كفاءة» لرفع تأهيل أبناء وبنات محافظات المنطقة

The Deputy Emir of the Riyadh Region, Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, launched the "Kafa'a" initiative, which aims to enhance the efficiency and qualification of the sons and daughters of the region's governorates by providing training programs and quality job opportunities that align with the local labor market requirements, in partnership with universities, chambers of commerce, the Public Authority for Technical and Vocational Training, and relevant entities from both the public and private sectors.

The initiative seeks to align educational and training outputs with labor market needs, enabling national cadres to engage in quality jobs across various specialties, thereby contributing to the support of localization programs and enhancing the role of youth in economic and social development.

The "Kafa'a" initiative serves as a comprehensive platform to unify efforts among educational and training entities and economic sectors, aiming to achieve practical and realistic outcomes on the ground in the Riyadh Region's governorates.

The "Kafa'a" initiative is based on a set of key pillars, including: providing specialized training programs, qualifying the sons and daughters of the region's governorates for the labor market, documenting successful experiences, and sharing success stories, in addition to launching awareness campaigns and periodic statistical studies to measure the initiative's impact on beneficiaries.

The initiative will represent a qualitative leap in supporting the sons and daughters of the region by involving universities and chambers of commerce in the governorates, creating balanced pathways between education and the labor market, and closely monitoring indicators and performance results, ensuring the sustainability of its impact and its expansion to include as many beneficiaries as possible across various governorates.
