كشفت الهيئة العامة للعناية بشؤون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي، الدليل الإجرائي المرتقب، لتصاريح سفر الإفطار في رمضان المبارك، على جميع الجهات والأفراد الراغبين في تقديم سفر الإفطار في المسجد الحرام أو المسجد النبوي.
وأشارت إلى أن شروط الحصول على التصريح، تتطلب أن تكون الجهة مسجلة نظامياً ومرخصة من الجهات المختصة، والالتزام بالاشتراطات الصحية والشرعية المعتمدة، وتقديم خطة توزيع وجبات الإفطار المعتمدة من الهيئة.
وأوضحت أن التزامات الجهة الحاصلة على التصريح هي الالتزام بأماكن التوزيع المحددة، والمحافظة على النظافة العامة، ومنع أي أنشطة دعائية أو تسويقية أثناء تقديم السفر.
وأضافت: يحق للهيئة إلغاء التصريح في أي وقت عند ثبوت عدم التزام الجهة بالشروط والضوابط المحددة، ولا يحق التنازل عن التصريح لطرف آخر، ويُمنع تقديم أي وجبات غير معتمدة من الهيئة.
وبشأن المخالفات والعقوبات، قالت: «في حال المخالفة الأولى يتم توجيه إنذار خطي، وفي حال التكرار يتم سحب التصريح، ومنع الجهة من المشاركة بقية الموسم».
The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques has revealed the anticipated procedural guide for Iftar travel permits during the blessed month of Ramadan, for all entities and individuals wishing to provide Iftar travel at the Grand Mosque or the Prophet's Mosque.
It indicated that the conditions for obtaining the permit require that the entity be officially registered and licensed by the relevant authorities, adherence to the approved health and legal requirements, and submission of an approved Iftar meal distribution plan from the authority.
It clarified that the obligations of the entity granted the permit include adhering to the specified distribution locations, maintaining public cleanliness, and prohibiting any promotional or marketing activities during the provision of the meals.
It added: The authority has the right to revoke the permit at any time if it is proven that the entity is not complying with the specified conditions and regulations, and the permit cannot be transferred to another party, and the provision of any meals not approved by the authority is prohibited.
Regarding violations and penalties, it stated: "In the case of the first violation, a written warning will be issued, and in the case of repetition, the permit will be revoked, and the entity will be prohibited from participating for the remainder of the season."
