أعربت منظمة التعاون الإسلامي عن إدانتها ورفضها التصريحات الاستفزازية التي أدلى بها رئيس وزراء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، بشأن ما يسمى «رؤية إسرائيل الكبرى»، عادّة ذلك امتدادا لخطاب التطرف والتحريض والعدوان والاستخفاف بسيادة الدول، وانتهاكا صارخا لمبادئ القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة وقراراتها ذات الصلة.
وأكدت المنظمة أن هذه التصريحات العدوانية تأتي للتهرب من الالتزامات الدولية الواجبة على إسرائيل، بصفتها قوة الاحتلال، والاستمرار في انتهاك الحقوق المشروعة للشعب الفلسطيني، وعلى رأسها حقه في تقرير المصير، وإقامة دولته المستقلة على حدود 1967 وعاصمتها القدس الشريف.
وحذّرت المنظمة من خطورة هذا الخطاب الاستعماري التوسعي الذي يشكل تهديدا للأمن والسلم الإقليميين والدوليين، ويغذي دوامة العنف وتوسيع النزاع وإطالة أمده في المنطقة.
وجددت المنظمة دعوتها المجتمع الدولي، وخصوصا مجلس الأمن الدولي، إلى تحمل مسؤولياته تجاه التصدي لهذه السياسات العدوانية، واتخاذ إجراءات حاسمة لوقف العدوان الإسرائيلي، وتنفيذ حل الدولتين، وإنهاء الاحتلال غير الشرعي للأراضي الفلسطينية والعربية المحتلة منذ عام 1967، كون ذلك أساسا لتحقيق السلام العادل والدائم والشامل في المنطقة.
The Organization of Islamic Cooperation expressed its condemnation and rejection of the provocative statements made by the Prime Minister of the Israeli occupation regarding what is called the "Greater Israel Vision," considering it an extension of the rhetoric of extremism, incitement, aggression, and disregard for the sovereignty of states, and a blatant violation of the principles of international law and the United Nations Charter and its relevant resolutions.
The organization affirmed that these aggressive statements come as an attempt to evade the international obligations incumbent upon Israel, as the occupying power, and to continue violating the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, foremost among them the right to self-determination and the establishment of their independent state on the 1967 borders with its capital in Jerusalem.
The organization warned of the dangers of this colonial expansionist rhetoric, which poses a threat to regional and international peace and security, and fuels a cycle of violence, expanding the conflict and prolonging its duration in the region.
The organization renewed its call to the international community, especially the United Nations Security Council, to assume its responsibilities in confronting these aggressive policies, and to take decisive measures to stop the Israeli aggression, implement the two-state solution, and end the illegal occupation of Palestinian and Arab territories occupied since 1967, as this is fundamental to achieving a just, lasting, and comprehensive peace in the region.
