تسبب عطل في نظام الفحص الدوري في محافظة بيشة في ازدحام المواطنين المراجعين لفحص مركباتهم، والذين عبروا عن تذمرهم الشديد تجاه هذا العطل.
وقال المواطن محمد الشهراني (أحد المراجعين لفحص مركبته) لـ«عكاظ» إنها ليست المرة الأولى التي يتعطل فيها النظام، مضيفاً: راجعت الفحص يوم الخميس الماضي بعد أخذ موعد، وأفاد الموظف بجدولة الموعد إلى اليوم (السبت)، إلا أننا تفاجأنا بعطل جديد، وعدم تبليغنا برسالة نصية، وتوقف الكثير من المركبات في طابور انتظار (من الساعة التاسعة صباحاً إلى بعد الظهر)، في حين بقي الموظفون مكتوفي الأيدي متنظرين عودة النظام من جديد.
وأضاف الشهراني بأن الأعداد الكبيرة التي راجعت الفحص عبرت عن استيائها الشديد من هذا الأمر الذي تكرر مع بدء موسم المدارس، إذ أصبحنا بين مطرقة الفحص الدوري ومخالفات المرور.
A malfunction in the periodic inspection system in Bisha Province has caused a crowd of citizens reviewing their vehicles, who expressed their strong dissatisfaction with this malfunction.
Citizen Mohammed Al-Shahrani (one of the reviewers for inspecting his vehicle) told "Okaz" that this is not the first time the system has malfunctioned, adding: "I visited the inspection last Thursday after making an appointment, and the employee informed me that the appointment was rescheduled to today (Saturday). However, we were surprised by a new malfunction and not being notified via text message, with many vehicles stuck in a waiting line (from nine in the morning until after noon), while the employees remained idle waiting for the system to return."
Al-Shahrani added that the large numbers who visited the inspection expressed their deep frustration with this issue, which has recurred with the start of the school season, as we find ourselves caught between the hammer of periodic inspections and traffic violations.
