Reports from 2024 indicate that the "Ministry of Municipalities and Housing" has made significant progress in the regulatory field, through the adoption of flexible regulatory policies that focused on high-risk activities and priority areas, supported by advanced digital solutions and integrated coordination with relevant authorities to activate monitoring, enhance compliance, and raise the level of transparency.

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing implemented comprehensive coverage of regulatory operations in priority areas, aiming to reduce violations and improve the urban environment, with a special focus on high-sensitivity activities such as restaurants, cafes, and unlicensed activities.
