تواصل بلدية محافظة الجبيل جهودها في تطوير البنية التحتية، وتعزيز جودة الحياة في الأحياء السكنية، حيث تعمل على تنفيذ أعمال تركيب قواعد أعمدة الإنارة في الحي الأول بضاحية الملك فهد، ضمن المرحلة الأولى من مشروع تطويري يستهدف تحسين مستوى الإنارة العامة وتعزيز السلامة في المنطقة.
ويشمل المشروع تركيب قواعد 309 أعمدة إنارة، في خطوة تُعد امتدادًا لحزمة من المشاريع الخدمية والتنموية التي نفذتها البلدية في ضاحية الملك فهد خلال الفترة الماضية، والتي شملت أعمال السفلتة والرصف، وتطوير الحدائق والمسطحات الخضراء، وإنشاء شبكات تصريف مياه الأمطار، إلى جانب تحسين مداخل الحي ومرافقه العامة، بما يسهم في تهيئة بيئة سكنية متكاملة ومستدامة.
من جانبه أوضح رئيس بلدية محافظة الجبيل المهندس بادي القحطاني، أن مشروع الإنارة الجاري تنفيذه يُعد من الأولويات ضمن الخطة المرحلية التي وضعتها البلدية لتغطية مختلف أحياء المحافظة، مؤكدًا أن تحسين الإضاءة العامة لا يسهم فقط في رفع مستوى الأمان، بل يعزز أيضًا من جاذبية المشهد الحضري وراحة السكان والزوار.
وأضاف أن البلدية ماضية في استكمال مشاريعها التطويرية وفق أفضل المعايير الهندسية، وبما يتماشى مع تطلعات المجتمع المحلي ومستهدفات التنمية الحضرية وجودة الحياة.
The Municipality of Jubail Governorate continues its efforts to develop infrastructure and enhance the quality of life in residential neighborhoods. It is working on the installation of lighting pole bases in the first neighborhood of King Fahd District, as part of the first phase of a developmental project aimed at improving public lighting and enhancing safety in the area.
The project includes the installation of 309 lighting pole bases, in a step that is considered an extension of a series of service and developmental projects that the municipality has implemented in King Fahd District over the past period. These projects included paving and surfacing works, the development of parks and green spaces, the establishment of rainwater drainage networks, in addition to improving the entrances of the neighborhood and its public facilities, contributing to the creation of a comprehensive and sustainable residential environment.
For his part, the head of the Municipality of Jubail Governorate, Engineer Badi Al-Qahtani, clarified that the ongoing lighting project is one of the priorities within the phased plan set by the municipality to cover various neighborhoods in the governorate. He emphasized that improving public lighting not only contributes to increasing safety levels but also enhances the attractiveness of the urban landscape and the comfort of residents and visitors.
He added that the municipality is committed to completing its developmental projects according to the best engineering standards, in line with the aspirations of the local community and the objectives of urban development and quality of life.
