أطلقت وزارة السياحة منصة «أهلها»، التي تهدف إلى بناء مجتمع من المتخصصين في السياحة في المملكة، عبر تشجيع الأفراد على إنشاء وتحديث ملفاتهم، ودعم أهداف الوزارة الإستراتيجية المتعلقة باستقطاب القوى الوطنية العاملة في القطاع وتوطين الوظائف في قطاع السياحة.
وتتيح المنصة للمستفيدين من الكوادر الوطنية العاملة في القطاع السياحي، والباحثين عن العمل في القطاع، وحديثي التخرج من الكليات السياحية، والمشغلين للمنشآت السياحية، فرصة التسجيل في موقع الوزارة، وتحديث بياناتهم الشخصية.
وتهدف المنصة إلى بناء أكبر قاعدة بيانات للمستفيدين من البرامج والفرص الوظيفية في القطاع السياحي، إذ ستسهم المنصة في تسهيل التواصل المباشر معهم، ومعرفة الأعداد والنسب لكل وظيفة، مما يساعد الوزارة مستقبلاً على التواصل معهم والتسويق لهم عبر منصاتها، وتقديم برامج الدعم المناسبة لكل فئة مستهدفة.
وتهدف الوزارة من خلال منصة «أهلها» لجذب الأفراد وتحفيزهم ليصبحوا باحثين نشطين عن وظائف سياحية في وقت مبكر من مسيرتهم المهنية من خلال إنشاء الملف، إضافة لتخصيص تطوير المسار المهني وربط الأفراد بالفرص المتاحة، وتوجيه نموهم، بما في ذلك التدريب والدعم الاستشاري المستقبلي، وزيادة ظهور الأفراد أمام أصحاب العمل في القطاع السياحي ومنحهم إمكانية الوصول إلى أحدث الفرص والتوصيات المهنية.
وأوضحت أن المنصة تمثل بوابة للأفراد العاملين في القطاع السياحي والباحثين والخريجين، لمستقبل مهني واعد في قطاع السياحة، من خلال ملفهم الشخصي في المنصة، التي تتيح لهم فرصة الحصول على رؤية واضحة لمساراتهم المهنية المحتملة، من فرص التدريب إلى التوظيف المباشر.
ودعت الوزارة جميع الأفراد العاملين في القطاع السياحي والباحثين والخريجين الجدد، للتسجيل في المنصة وإضافة ملفاتهم الشخصية من أجل الاستفادة من فرص العمل، والتدريب والمنح الدراسية المتاحة.
The Ministry of Tourism has launched the "Ahlaha" platform, which aims to build a community of tourism professionals in the Kingdom by encouraging individuals to create and update their profiles, and supporting the ministry's strategic goals related to attracting the national workforce in the sector and localizing jobs in the tourism sector.
The platform allows beneficiaries from the national workforce working in the tourism sector, job seekers in the sector, recent graduates from tourism colleges, and operators of tourism establishments, the opportunity to register on the ministry's website and update their personal information.
The platform aims to build the largest database of beneficiaries from programs and job opportunities in the tourism sector, as it will facilitate direct communication with them, and provide information on the numbers and percentages for each job, which will help the ministry in the future to communicate with them and market to them through its platforms, and provide appropriate support programs for each targeted group.
Through the "Ahlaha" platform, the ministry aims to attract individuals and motivate them to become active job seekers in tourism early in their career paths by creating a profile, in addition to dedicating career path development and linking individuals to available opportunities, guiding their growth, including training and future advisory support, and increasing individuals' visibility to employers in the tourism sector and granting them access to the latest opportunities and professional recommendations.
The ministry clarified that the platform represents a gateway for individuals working in the tourism sector, job seekers, and graduates, to a promising professional future in the tourism sector, through their personal profile on the platform, which provides them with the opportunity to gain a clear vision of their potential career paths, from training opportunities to direct employment.
The ministry called on all individuals working in the tourism sector, job seekers, and new graduates to register on the platform and add their personal profiles in order to benefit from available job opportunities, training, and scholarships.
