أعلن رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للترفيه (GEA) المستشار تركي بن عبدالمحسن آل الشيخ أن الطلبات لتجربة «على خطاه» تجاوزت حاجز المليون، مؤكداً أن التجربة ستنطلق في شهر نوفمبر القادم. وكتب على حسابه في منصة «إكس»: «الطلبات الحمدلله مليونية لطريق الهجرة في تجربة على خطاه.. نشوفكم إن شاء الله في نوفمبر».
ورفع المستشار تركي آل الشيخ أسمى آيات الشكر والعرفان لولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، على دعمه اللامحدود للمشروع، قائلاً: «خالص الدعاء والشكر لسمو سيدي ولي العهد القائد الملهم حفظه الله، ونعده إن شاء الله ببذل كل الجهود في مشروع طريق الهجرة (على خطاه)».
كما أعرب عن تقديره لأمير منطقة المدينة المنورة الأمير سلمان بن سلطان، على متابعته ودعمه الكامل، ولنائب أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة الأمير سعود بن مشعل، على دعمه المتواصل وحرصه على نجاح هذه التجربة الفريدة.
وأشار آل الشيخ إلى الزخم الكبير الذي تشهده التجربة في إندونيسيا، إذ عرض لاحقاً مقاطع توثق الإقبال الكثيف على التسجيل، مضيفاً أن تجارب مماثلة ستُطلق قريباً في ماليزيا وتركيا والهند، ضمن إستراتيجية التوسّع الدولي للمشروع الذي يُجسّد مسار الهجرة النبوية بطريقة تفاعلية وإنسانية غير مسبوقة.
وفي هذا السياق، كشف المستشار تركي آل الشيخ أن خطة هذا العام تتضمن استقبال 300 ألف زائر، ضمن تنظيم محكم يضمن جودة التجربة وسلامة الزوار، على أن يرتفع الرقم المستهدف بحلول عام 2030 إلى خمسة ملايين زائر سنوياً.
ولضمان تجربة تنقل ميسّرة وآمنة على طول مسار الهجرة، أوضح أنه سيتم توفير باصات رباعية الدفع مخصصة لعبور التضاريس التي يتكون منها الدرب، بما يعزز من انسيابية الحركة ويمنح الزائرين تجربة مريحة.
كما أشار إلى أنه سيتم تمكين الزوار من الوصول إلى غار ثور في غضون ثلاث دقائق فقط، بدلاً من الرحلة الشاقة التي كانت تستغرق أكثر من ساعتين مشياً على الأقدام، وذلك باستخدام وسائل نقل متقدمة تضمن الراحة والسلامة وتُثري التجربة.
ويُعد مشروع «على خطاه» من أبرز المبادرات التفاعلية التي تطلقها الهيئة العامة للترفيه، إذ يعيد إحياء مسار الهجرة النبوية من خلال تقنيات حديثة وتجارب واقعية تعزز من الارتباط بالقيم التاريخية والإنسانية العظيمة لسيرة النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم.
ويهدف المشروع إلى إحياء مسار الهجرة النبوية الشريفة من مكة المكرمة إلى المدينة المنورة، عبر تجربة فريدة ومتكاملة تتيح للزوار التفاعل مع محطات الهجرة ومعانيها الروحية والتاريخية. كما يهدف إلى تعزيز الوعي بأهمية الهجرة النبوية في التاريخ الإسلامي، وتقديم تجربة غير مسبوقة تمزج بين الإثراء المعرفي والتقنيات الحديثة لخدمة الزوار من داخل المملكة وخارجها.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), Advisor Turki bin Abdul Mohsen Al Sheikh, announced that requests to experience "In His Footsteps" have exceeded one million, confirming that the experience will launch in November. He wrote on his account on the "X" platform: "Thank God, the requests have reached millions for the Migration Path in the 'In His Footsteps' experience... We will see you, God willing, in November."
Advisor Turki Al Sheikh expressed his utmost gratitude and appreciation to Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz for his unlimited support for the project, saying: "Sincere prayers and thanks to my dear Crown Prince, the inspiring leader, may God protect him, and we promise him, God willing, to exert all efforts in the Migration Path project ('In His Footsteps')."
He also expressed his appreciation to the Prince of the Medina Region, Prince Salman bin Sultan, for his follow-up and full support, and to the Deputy Prince of the Makkah Region, Prince Saud bin Mishal, for his continuous support and commitment to the success of this unique experience.
Al Sheikh pointed to the significant momentum the experience is witnessing in Indonesia, as he later shared clips documenting the heavy turnout for registration, adding that similar experiences will soon be launched in Malaysia, Turkey, and India, as part of the project's international expansion strategy that embodies the path of the prophetic migration in an interactive and unprecedented human way.
In this context, Advisor Turki Al Sheikh revealed that this year's plan includes receiving 300,000 visitors, within a well-organized framework that ensures the quality of the experience and the safety of visitors, with the target number expected to rise to five million visitors annually by 2030.
To ensure a smooth and safe travel experience along the migration path, he explained that four-wheel-drive buses will be provided to traverse the terrain that makes up the route, enhancing the flow of movement and offering visitors a comfortable experience.
He also noted that visitors will be able to reach the Thawr Cave in just three minutes, instead of the arduous journey that previously took more than two hours on foot, using advanced transportation means that ensure comfort and safety and enrich the experience.
The "In His Footsteps" project is one of the most prominent interactive initiatives launched by the General Entertainment Authority, as it revives the path of the prophetic migration through modern technologies and real experiences that enhance the connection to the great historical and human values of the biography of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.
The project aims to revive the path of the noble prophetic migration from Makkah to Medina, through a unique and comprehensive experience that allows visitors to interact with the stations of migration and their spiritual and historical meanings. It also aims to raise awareness of the importance of the prophetic migration in Islamic history and to provide an unprecedented experience that blends knowledge enrichment with modern technologies to serve visitors from within and outside the Kingdom.
