أكدت المنصة الوطنية للقبول الموحد (قبول) أنه في حال توفرت فرص جديدة خلال الفترة المحددة في الجامعات الحكومية وكليات التدريب التقني والمهني، وكانت أفضل من القبول الحالي للمتقدمين والمتقدمات بناءً على الترتيب السابق للرغبات، ستُرسل إليهم إشعارات عبر البريد الإلكتروني والرسائل النصية.
وبينت أن المفاضلة تتحدث تلقائياً كل 24 ساعة حسب الشواغر، وتُعرض على الطالب فور توفرها خلال الفترة التي تم تحديدها، التي ستنتهي السبت القادم، مشيرةً إلى أنه سيتم منح المتقدمين 24 ساعة فقط لتأكيد الرغبة الجديدة من لحظة وصول الإشعار.
وأوضحت أن عدم تأكيد الفرصة يعتبر رفضاً تلقائياً، والتأكيد للفرصة الإضافية يُدرج المتقدم تلقائياً في قائمة الترقية إذا توفرت مقاعد أعلى، مشيرةً إلى أن عدم تأكيد الفرصة يُبقي المقدم على التخصص السابق، ويستمر بالمنافسة على الفرص الإضافية حتى نهاية المرحلة، لافتةً إلى أن من تم قبولهم على رغبتهم الأولى لا يلزمهم مراجعة الجامعة، وسيتم إرسال الرقم الجامعي عبر رسالة نصية على رقم الجوال وعبر البريد الإلكتروني المسجلين في المنصة، وستتضمن الرسالة طريقة الدخول إلى بوابة النظام الأكاديمي الخاص بالجامعة.
The National Unified Admission Platform (Qabul) confirmed that if new opportunities become available during the specified period at public universities and technical and vocational training colleges, and these are better than the current admission for applicants based on the previous preferences, notifications will be sent to them via email and text messages.
It clarified that the selection process updates automatically every 24 hours based on available vacancies, and it will be displayed to the student as soon as it becomes available during the specified period, which will end next Saturday. It noted that applicants will be given only 24 hours to confirm the new preference from the moment the notification is received.
It explained that failing to confirm the opportunity is considered an automatic rejection, and confirming the additional opportunity will automatically place the applicant on the upgrade list if higher seats are available. It pointed out that not confirming the opportunity keeps the applicant in their previous major, and they will continue to compete for additional opportunities until the end of the stage. It also highlighted that those who have been accepted into their first choice are not required to visit the university, and the university ID number will be sent via text message to the mobile number and through the email registered on the platform. The message will include instructions on how to access the university's academic system portal.
