جدّدت رابطة العالم الإسلامي التأكيد على التضامن الكامل مع الجمهورية العربية السورية حكومةً وشعباً، تجاه كلِّ ما يهدِّد أمنها واستقرارها وسيادتها، وفي مواجهةِ محاولات زرع الفتنة بين مكوّناتها، والتدخل في شؤونها الداخلية.
وفي بيانٍ للأمانة العامة، أعربت الرابطة عن دعمها جهود الحكومة السورية لحماية الشعب السوري بجميع مكوّناته، والمحافظة على السّلم الأهلي، وبسط سيادة القانون في البلاد.
كما أدانَت الرابطة اعتداءات حكومة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي على الأراضي السورية، وانتهاكاتها المتواصلة لكلّ القوانين والأعراف الدولية ذات الصلة.
The Muslim World League renewed its full solidarity with the Syrian Arab Republic, both government and people, regarding all that threatens its security, stability, and sovereignty, and in facing attempts to sow discord among its components and interfere in its internal affairs.
In a statement from the General Secretariat, the League expressed its support for the efforts of the Syrian government to protect the Syrian people in all its components, maintain civil peace, and uphold the rule of law in the country.
The League also condemned the assaults by the Israeli occupation government on Syrian territory and its ongoing violations of all relevant international laws and norms.
