أعلن المعهد الدولي للمراجعين الداخليين، فوز المملكة العربية السعودية باستضافة المؤتمر الدولي للمراجعين الداخليين (2027)، متمثلة في الهيئة السعودية للمراجعين الداخليين، وذلك بعد منافسة محتدمة مع عدد من الدول المترشحة.
وجاء الإعلان خلال المؤتمر الدولي للمراجعين الداخليين (2025) المقام حالياً في مدينة تورونتو الكندية، الذي تشارك خلاله الهيئة بصفتها الراعي الماسي وبوفد يرأسه معالي رئيس الديوان العام للمحاسبة رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة السعودية للمراجعين الداخليين الدكتور حسام بن عبدالمحسن العنقري، الذي يُعد الوفد الأكبر بين الدول المشاركة بأكثر من (170) مهنياً ومختصاً.
من جهته، أكد رئيس الديوان العام للمحاسبة رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة السعودية للمراجعين الداخليين الدكتور حسام بن عبدالمحسن العنقري، أن فوز المملكة باستضافة المؤتمر الدولي للمراجعين الداخليين (2027) يأتي امتداداً لإنجازات المملكة على صعيد استضافة المحافل والمؤتمرات الدولية، التي تعد أحد مستهدفات الرؤية السعودية لتكون المملكة وجهة أولى للمحافل والمؤتمرات الدولية، كما أنه تأكيد للمكانة التي تحظى بها المملكة دولياً لاستضافة المؤتمرات الدولية، على جانب آخر فوز المملكة باستضافة هذا المؤتمر يبرز دورها الريادي والقيادي في مهنة المراجعة الداخلية بشكل خاص، الذي يؤكد التزامها بتطوير المهنة ودعمها المستمر لتطوير الممارسات المهنية ونشر الوعي بدور المهنة.
على صعيد متصل، أوضح الرئيس التنفيذي للهيئة السعودية للمراجعين الداخليين عبد الله بن صالح الشبيلي، أن استضافة المؤتمر الدولي للمراجعين الداخليين (2027) دليل على مكانة المملكة عالمياً، وتأكيد لثقتها في قدراتها التنظيمية والبنية التحتية المتطورة لديها، التي تقود إلى فتح آفاق جديدة للتعاون الدولي، وتعزز التبادل الثقافي والمعرفي، وتُسهم في بناء جسور من الشراكات الإستراتيجية، إضافة إلى نقل المعرفة والخبرات، بما يُسهم في تطوير الكفاءات الوطنية ورفع جودة الأداء في مختلف القطاعات.
يُذكر أن المؤتمر الدولي للمراجعين الداخليين ينظّمه المعهد الدولي للمراجعين الداخليين، ويقام بشكل سنوي في الدول الناجحة والمتقدمة بمجال المهنة، كما يعد أكبر تجمع للمهنيين، إذ يشهد حضوراً من مختلف دول العالم.
The International Institute of Internal Auditors announced that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has won the bid to host the International Internal Auditors Conference (2027), represented by the Saudi Authority for Internal Auditors, after a fierce competition with several candidate countries.
The announcement was made during the International Internal Auditors Conference (2025) currently taking place in Toronto, Canada, where the authority is participating as a diamond sponsor with a delegation headed by His Excellency Dr. Hussam bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Anqari, the President of the General Auditing Bureau and Chairman of the Board of the Saudi Authority for Internal Auditors, which is the largest delegation among the participating countries with more than (170) professionals and specialists.
For his part, Dr. Hussam bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Anqari confirmed that the Kingdom's victory in hosting the International Internal Auditors Conference (2027) is an extension of the Kingdom's achievements in hosting international forums and conferences, which is one of the targets of the Saudi Vision to make the Kingdom a primary destination for international forums and conferences. It also affirms the international standing of the Kingdom in hosting international conferences. On another note, the Kingdom's success in hosting this conference highlights its pioneering and leadership role in the internal auditing profession in particular, which confirms its commitment to developing the profession and its continuous support for enhancing professional practices and raising awareness of the profession's role.
In a related context, Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Shubaily, the CEO of the Saudi Authority for Internal Auditors, clarified that hosting the International Internal Auditors Conference (2027) is evidence of the Kingdom's global standing and a confirmation of its confidence in its organizational capabilities and advanced infrastructure, which leads to opening new horizons for international cooperation, enhances cultural and knowledge exchange, and contributes to building bridges of strategic partnerships, in addition to transferring knowledge and expertise, which contributes to developing national competencies and improving performance quality across various sectors.
It is worth mentioning that the International Internal Auditors Conference is organized by the International Institute of Internal Auditors and is held annually in successful and advanced countries in the field of the profession. It is also the largest gathering of professionals, witnessing attendance from various countries around the world.
