أعلنت وزارة الحج والعمرة اليوم عن إيقاف شركتي عمرة واستدعائهما للتحقيق وذلك على خلفية مخالفات تتعلق بتسكين معتمرين في مواقع غير مرخصة.
وأكدت الوزارة أن هذه الإجراءات ضمن جهودها المستمرة لضمان تقديم خدمات ذات جودة عالية، وحماية حقوق المعتمرين والزوار.
يذكر أن الوزارة قد أعلنت قبل عدة أيام رصدها لمخالفات على 7 شركات عمرة تمثلت في قصور تقديم خدمات النقل للمعتمرين وفقًا لما هو متفق عليه في البرامج المعتمدة حيث جرى في حينه اتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحق الشركات المخالفة وأوقفت نشاطها وسيلت ضماناتها البنكية لصالح تغطية تكاليف توفير خدمات النقل البديلة للمعتمرين المتضررين بما يضمن استمرار تقديم الخدمة وفق المستويات المعتمدة.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced today the suspension of two Umrah companies and summoned them for investigation due to violations related to accommodating pilgrims in unlicensed locations.
The ministry confirmed that these measures are part of its ongoing efforts to ensure the provision of high-quality services and to protect the rights of pilgrims and visitors.
It is worth noting that the ministry announced several days ago that it had detected violations by 7 Umrah companies, which included deficiencies in providing transportation services to pilgrims as agreed upon in the approved programs. Consequently, legal actions were taken against the violating companies, their activities were suspended, and their bank guarantees were utilized to cover the costs of providing alternative transportation services for the affected pilgrims, ensuring the continuation of service at the approved levels.
