نيابةً عن ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وصل وزير الخارجية الأمير فيصل بن فرحان بن عبدالله، إلى مدينة ريو دي جانيرو البرازيلية، ليرأس وفد المملكة في القمة الـ17 لمجموعة بريكس 2025، وذلك كدولة مدعوة للانضمام للمجموعة.
ويشارك وزير الخارجية، في أعمال اليوم الثاني من الاجتماع الذي تحضره الدول الشريكة والدول المدعوة من الرئاسة والمنظمات الدولية، ويناقش جهود التنمية الدولية بما فيها قضايا المناخ، ومحاربة تفشي الأوبئة والأمراض.
