أنقذت فرق الهلال الأحمر السعودي بمنطقة جازان مصاباً في عرض البحر، إثر تلقي بلاغ من أحد المواطنين في جزر فرسان، يفيد بوجود شخص تعرّض لإصابة بالغة إثر سقوطه في محيط معدات بحرية ثقيلة أثناء تواجده في عرض البحر.
وفور تلقي البلاغ، وصلت فرقة إسعافية إلى موقع المصاب عبر قارب بحري، وسط ظروف جوية بحرية غير مستقرة تميّزت بتيارات قوية، وسطح مائي متقلب.
وجرى التعامل مع الحالة ميدانياً، حيث تبيّن إصابته بكسر في الفخذ، فتم تثبيت الإصابة وتفعيل مسار الإصابات الحرجة، بالتزامن مع تمرير البلاغ لفرق الإسعاف الجوي لضمان استكمال تقديم الرعاية الطبية المتقدمة، وبعد نقل المصاب من عرض البحر إلى نقطة الرسوّ، تولّى الإسعاف الجوي نقله جواً إلى مستشفى الملك فهد المركزي بجازان لاستكمال العلاج.
The Saudi Red Crescent teams in the Jazan region rescued an injured person at sea after receiving a report from a citizen in the Farasan Islands, indicating that someone had sustained severe injuries after falling into the vicinity of heavy marine equipment while at sea.
Upon receiving the report, an ambulance team arrived at the injured person's location via a marine boat, amidst unstable maritime weather conditions characterized by strong currents and a choppy water surface.
The situation was handled on-site, where it was found that he had a fracture in his thigh. The injury was stabilized, and a critical injury protocol was activated, while simultaneously notifying air ambulance teams to ensure the continuation of advanced medical care. After transporting the injured person from the open sea to the docking point, the air ambulance took him by air to King Fahd Central Hospital in Jazan for further treatment.
