بناءً على ما رفعته الهيئة العامة للعقار والجهات ذات العلاقة فيما يتعلق باتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية اللازمة لضبط العلاقة بين المؤجرين والمستأجرين، وحرصاً على استكمال المتطلبات التنظيمية للحلول المقترحة وضمان شموليتها كافة الأصول السكنية والتجارية والمكتبية؛ صَدرَ توجيه ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود بتمديد فترة الدراسة إلى مدةٍ لا تتجاوز 90 يوماً، واستكمال كافة المتطلبات بما يكفل تحقيق التوازن بين مصالح الأطراف في القطاع العقاري.
ويأتي توجيه ولي العهد ليؤكد حرص القيادة الرشيدة على مبدأ الشفافية نهجاً ثابتاً في العمل الحكومي، وأن تكون هذه الدراسة مُراعية للأطراف ذات العلاقة كافة، بما يضمن العدالة في المعاملات الإيجارية، وحماية المستفيدين من أي تقلبات مهما كان مصدرها، والمحافظة على بيئة استثمارية جاذبة ومحفزة.

Based on what was submitted by the General Authority for Real Estate and the relevant authorities regarding the necessary legal measures to regulate the relationship between landlords and tenants, and in order to complete the regulatory requirements for the proposed solutions and ensure their comprehensiveness for all residential, commercial, and office properties; a directive was issued by the Crown Prince, Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, to extend the study period to a duration not exceeding 90 days, and to complete all requirements that ensure achieving a balance between the interests of the parties in the real estate sector.
This directive from the Crown Prince emphasizes the leadership's commitment to the principle of transparency as a consistent approach in government work, and that this study should take into account all relevant parties, ensuring fairness in rental transactions, protecting beneficiaries from any fluctuations regardless of their source, and maintaining an attractive and stimulating investment environment.
