وزير العدل يوجه بإطلاق خدمة إصدار الوكالة الإلكترونية لنزلاء السجون

The Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid Al-Samaani, has directed the launch of the electronic power of attorney issuance service for inmates through the Najiz platform.

This service allows inmates to issue an electronic power of attorney directly via "Najiz" using their fingerprint without the need for visual communication with a notary; this aims to reduce effort and time and expedite access to the electronic service at any time, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Prisons at the Ministry of Interior.

Beneficiaries can issue an individual power of attorney, a multi-party power of attorney, and other services and features related to electronic powers of attorney.

This service is part of the initiative of the judicial services system provided to prisoners, which enables them to obtain judicial, documentation, and enforcement services from their locations with ease and convenience, by providing operational models (technical, human, and procedural) through an integrated electronic system.

The electronic power of attorney issuance service for inmates is characterized by being available around the clock and not linked to official working hours, and the service is entirely electronic and does not require human intervention. The power of attorney is approved instantaneously by the inmate or detainee via fingerprint, and the agent or agents are notified of the power of attorney as soon as it is issued.
