تواصل وزارة الحج والعمرة عمليات تفويج ومغادرة الحجاج الإيرانيين بكل يسرٍ وانسيابية، ضمن منظومة متكاملة تركّز على جودة الخدمة وسلامة الإجراءات، وذلك إنفاذاً لتوجيه خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، بناءً على ما عرضه ولي العهد، بشأن تسهيل جميع احتياجات الحجاج الإيرانيين وتوفير جميع الخدمات لهم، حتى تتهيأ الظروف لعودتهم إلى وطنهم وأهليهم سالمين.
وأعلنت الوزارة أن إجمالي الحجاج الإيرانيين الذين تم تفويجهم حتى الآن بلغ قرابة (65) ألف حاج، فيما تبقى نحو (11) ألف حاج من المقرر استكمال مغادرتهم خلال الأيام القادمة، من خلال خطط تشغيلية دقيقة تراعي كثافة الأعداد ومتطلبات المغادرة.
كما استأجرت (200) حافلة إسناد داخل الحدود العراقية، لإسناد رحلات نقل الحجاج من منفذ جديدة عرعر إلى الحدود الإيرانية عبر الأراضي العراقية، وبلغ عدد هذه الرحلات أكثر من (1500) رحلة حتى الآن، إضافة إلى تشغيل أكثر من (2000) رحلة ترددية وفّرتها الوزارة على مدار الساعة بين مطار عرعر ومنفذ جديدة عرعر، لضمان سلاسة تنقل الحجاج خلال مرحلة المغادرة.
وفي إطار خدمات الإعاشة والضيافة، وفّرت الوزارة أكثر من (250) ألف وجبة غذائية للحجاج، إلى جانب توزيع أكثر من (90) ألف وردة، وأكثر من (250) ألف عبوة مياه باردة على الحافلات عند مغادرتها من المنفذ، دعماً لجودة تجربة ضيوف الرحمن.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن متوسط إنهاء إجراءات الحجاج في المطارات بلغ (23) دقيقة، في حين لم يتجاوز متوسط زمن إنهاء إجراءات تبادل الحافلات في المنفذ (12) دقيقة، مما يعكس كفاءة التنسيق بين الفرق الميدانية والجهات المشاركة.
وسخّرت وزارة الداخلية جميع قطاعاتها الأمنية لتأمين انسيابية حركة الحجاج الإيرانيين ومرافقتهم حتى مغادرتهم، حيث رافق الأمن العام قوافل الحجاج إلى منفذ جديدة عرعر، فيما وفّرت القوات الخاصة لأمن الطرق خدمات ميدانية منظمة لضمان سلامتهم.
وتولّت المديرية العامة للجوازات تنفيذ إجراءات المغادرة في المنافذ بسرعة وكفاءة عالية بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية، إلى جانب دور المديرية العامة لحرس الحدود في تنفيذ المهمات الأمنية والتنظيمية والتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة.
وتضافرت جهود عدد من الجهات الحكومية لتنفيذ خطة التفويج بسلاسة، حيث تولّت إمارة منطقة الحدود الشمالية مهمات الإشراف الميداني والتنسيق بين الجهات، بإشراف مباشر من لجنة الحج العليا، واضطلع المركز العام للنقل بدور تنسيقي وإشرافي فاعل بالتعاون مع النقابة العامة للسيارات لضمان جاهزية أسطول النقل، فيما قدّمت وزارة الصحة رعاية صحية ميدانية من خلال فرق التطوع والعيادات المتنقلة في المواقع ذات الأولوية، وساهمت وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية في توزيع المصاحف على الحجاج المغادرين، في حين أدت هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك دوراً محورياً في تسهيل مرور الحجاج في منفذ جديدة عرعر.
وعلى صعيد النقل الجوي، نسقت الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني مع شركة مطارات القابضة وشركات النقل الجوي الوطنية لتوفير الرحلات المطلوبة من مطاري الملك عبدالعزيز بجدة، والأمير محمد بن عبدالعزيز بالمدينة المنورة إلى مطار عرعر، بما يضمن مرونة حركة المغادرين وسرعة إنجاز خطط التفويج.
وأكدت الوزارة أن هذه الجهود تُترجم التوجيه الكريم إلى واقع ملموس، وتُجسد رسالة المملكة في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن، عبر تقديم تجربة متكاملة وآمنة للحجاج، تليق بمكانة المملكة في رعاية ضيوف الرحمن وتيسير مناسكهم حتى مغادرتهم سالمين إلى أوطانهم.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah continues its operations for the smooth and seamless departure of Iranian pilgrims, within an integrated system that focuses on service quality and the safety of procedures, in implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, based on what was presented by the Crown Prince regarding facilitating all the needs of Iranian pilgrims and providing all services for them, until the conditions are prepared for their safe return to their homeland and families.
The ministry announced that the total number of Iranian pilgrims who have been transported so far has reached approximately (65) thousand pilgrims, while about (11) thousand pilgrims are scheduled to complete their departure in the coming days, through precise operational plans that take into account the density of numbers and departure requirements.
The ministry has also rented (200) support buses within the Iraqi borders to assist in transporting pilgrims from the Al-Jadidah Arar crossing to the Iranian borders via Iraqi territory, with the number of these trips exceeding (1500) trips so far, in addition to operating more than (2000) shuttle trips provided by the ministry around the clock between Arar Airport and the Al-Jadidah Arar crossing, to ensure the smooth movement of pilgrims during the departure phase.
In terms of catering and hospitality services, the ministry provided more than (250) thousand meals for the pilgrims, along with distributing over (90) thousand roses and more than (250) thousand bottles of cold water on the buses as they departed from the crossing, supporting the quality of the experience for the guests of the Merciful.
The ministry clarified that the average time for completing procedures for pilgrims at the airports was (23) minutes, while the average time for completing bus exchange procedures at the crossing did not exceed (12) minutes, reflecting the efficiency of coordination between field teams and participating entities.
The Ministry of Interior has mobilized all its security sectors to ensure the smooth movement of Iranian pilgrims and accompany them until their departure, with public security accompanying the pilgrim convoys to the Al-Jadidah Arar crossing, while the special forces for road security provided organized field services to ensure their safety.
The General Directorate of Passports carried out the departure procedures at the crossings quickly and efficiently in coordination with the relevant authorities, alongside the role of the General Directorate of Border Guard in carrying out security and organizational tasks and coordinating with the relevant entities.
Efforts from several government entities came together to implement the transportation plan smoothly, with the Northern Borders Emirate overseeing field supervision and coordination among the entities, under the direct supervision of the Supreme Hajj Committee. The General Transport Center played an effective coordinating and supervisory role in cooperation with the General Syndicate of Cars to ensure the readiness of the transport fleet, while the Ministry of Health provided field healthcare through volunteer teams and mobile clinics in priority locations. The Ministry of Islamic Affairs contributed by distributing Qurans to departing pilgrims, while the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority played a pivotal role in facilitating the passage of pilgrims at the Al-Jadidah Arar crossing.
In terms of air transport, the General Authority of Civil Aviation coordinated with the Airports Holding Company and national air transport companies to provide the required flights from King Abdulaziz Airport in Jeddah and Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Airport in Medina to Arar Airport, ensuring flexibility in the movement of departing pilgrims and the swift execution of transportation plans.
The ministry affirmed that these efforts translate the noble directives into tangible reality and embody the Kingdom's message in serving the guests of the Merciful, by providing a comprehensive and safe experience for the pilgrims, befitting the Kingdom's status in caring for the guests of the Merciful and facilitating their rituals until their safe departure to their homelands.
