اختتمت المملكة مشاركتها في معرض بكين الدولي للكتاب 2025، الذي أُقيم في مركز الصين الوطني للمؤتمرات والمعارض بالعاصمة الصينية بكين، وسط حضورٍ لافت من الجهات الثقافية السعودية بقيادة هيئة الأدب والنشر والترجمة، عبر جناح متكامل جسّد ملامح التحول الثقافي الذي تشهده المملكة في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030، وذلك ضمن تفعيلات العام الثقافي السعودي الصيني 2025، الذي يعكس متانة العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين، والممتدة لعقودٍ من الصداقة الراسخة والتعاون المستمر، ويجسد تطلعاتهما لتعزيز التبادل الثقافي والمعرفي بين الشعبين.
وقدّم الجناح السعودي خلال أيام المعرض محتوى ثقافيًا وأدبيًا متنوعًا، يعكس حيوية المشهد الإبداعي في المملكة، ويُبرز تطورات قطاعات الأدب والنشر والترجمة، ويُعرّف الزوّار بالتجربة السعودية في تمكين الكفاءات الوطنية وتطوير المحتوى المحلي.
وشاركت في الجناح السعودي مؤسسات وطنية بارزة، بقيادة هيئة الأدب والنشر والترجمة، وبمشاركة مجمع الملك سلمان العالمي للغة العربية، ومكتبة الملك عبدالعزيز العامة، ومكتبة الملك فهد الوطنية، وجائزة الأمير محمد بن سلمان للتعاون الثقافي بين السعودية والصين، إلى جانب جمعية الترجمة، وجمعية النشر، وشركة ناشر للنشر والتوزيع، وتأتي مشاركة المملكة سعيًا إلى تعزيز حضورها الثقافي دوليًا، وبناء علاقات مستدامة مع الجهات المعنية بصناعة النشر والترجمة حول العالم، وأبرزت المشاركة الجهود الوطنية في تطوير صناعة الكتاب، وتعزيز الحوار الثقافي الدولي، ضمن توجّه يعكس التزام المملكة بإبراز هويتها الثقافية، والانفتاح على التجارب العالمية، وتفعيل أدوات التواصل الحضاري.
The Kingdom concluded its participation in the Beijing International Book Fair 2025, held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center in Beijing, China, with a notable presence from Saudi cultural entities led by the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission. They showcased a comprehensive pavilion that embodied the cultural transformation the Kingdom is experiencing in light of Vision 2030. This participation is part of the Saudi-Chinese Cultural Year 2025, reflecting the strength of the bilateral relations between the two countries, which have spanned decades of solid friendship and ongoing cooperation, and embody their aspirations to enhance cultural and knowledge exchange between the two peoples.
The Saudi pavilion presented diverse cultural and literary content during the fair, reflecting the vibrancy of the creative scene in the Kingdom, highlighting developments in the sectors of literature, publishing, and translation, and introducing visitors to the Saudi experience in empowering national competencies and developing local content.
Prominent national institutions participated in the Saudi pavilion, led by the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission, along with the King Salman Global Center for the Arabic Language, the King Abdulaziz Public Library, the King Fahd National Library, and the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Award for Cultural Cooperation between Saudi Arabia and China, in addition to the Translation Association, the Publishing Association, and Nashir Publishing and Distribution Company. The Kingdom's participation aims to enhance its cultural presence internationally and build sustainable relationships with stakeholders in the publishing and translation industry worldwide. The participation highlighted national efforts to develop the book industry and promote international cultural dialogue, reflecting the Kingdom's commitment to showcasing its cultural identity, embracing global experiences, and activating tools for civilizational communication.
