أنهت أمانة منطقة جازان، ممثلةً في بلدية محافظة جزر فرسان تنفيذ (16) مشروعًا بلديًا بتكلفة إجمالية بلغت (340) مليون ريال، شملت مشروعات بلدية وإسكانية واستثمارية، بهدف تطوير البنية التحتية ورفع جودة الخدمات البلدية بالمحافظة.
وتضمنت المشاريع المنجزة تنفيذ (8) مشاريع بلدية بقيمة (40) مليون ريال، شملت مشروعات السفلتة، والنظافة، وتشغيل المدينة، إضافةً إلى (3) مشاريع إسكانية بتكلفة (280) مليون ريال لتطوير ثلاثة مخططات سكنية تضم (1711) قطعة، ونُفّذت (4) مشاريع استثمارية بقيمة (35) مليون ريال، شملت إنشاء مجمعي خدمات بترولية، ومصنعين للخرسانة والبلوك.
ويجري حالياً تنفيذ (11) مشروعاً جارياً بقيمة (130) مليون ريال، منها (8) مشاريع بلدية بتكلفة (63) مليون ريال، ومشروع إسكان تنموي يضم (92) وحدة سكنية بقيمة (40) مليون ريال.
The Jazan Region Municipality, represented by the Farasan Islands Governorate Municipality, has completed (16) municipal projects with a total cost of (340) million riyals. These projects included municipal, housing, and investment initiatives aimed at developing infrastructure and improving the quality of municipal services in the governorate.
The completed projects included the execution of (8) municipal projects worth (40) million riyals, which encompassed paving, cleanliness, and city operation projects, in addition to (3) housing projects costing (280) million riyals to develop three residential plans comprising (1711) plots. Furthermore, (4) investment projects were executed at a cost of (35) million riyals, which included the establishment of two petroleum service complexes and two factories for concrete and blocks.
Currently, (11) ongoing projects are being implemented at a cost of (130) million riyals, including (8) municipal projects costing (63) million riyals, and a developmental housing project comprising (92) residential units worth (40) million riyals.
