الرئيس الموريتاني ورئيس الصندوق السعودي يبحثان المشروعات الإنمائية

The CEO of the Saudi Fund for Development, Sultan bin Abdulrahman Al-Murshid, met with the President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, on the sidelines of the meeting of the heads of Arab coordination funds and institutions in Vienna. The two sides discussed the development projects funded by the fund in Mauritania.

Additionally, the CEO of the Saudi Fund met, on the sidelines of the OPEC Fund for Development Forum in Vienna, with the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mikayil Jabbarov. The meeting discussed ways to enhance developmental cooperation between the two sides to finance vital sectors in Azerbaijan, as well as with the Minister of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Burkina Faso, Dr. Aboubacar Nacanabo, to discuss the development projects funded by the fund in Burkina Faso and explore ways to strengthen developmental cooperation between the two sides.

In a related context, the Deputy CEO of the Saudi Fund for Development, Engineer Faisal Mohammed Al-Qahtani, participated in a panel discussion titled "Digital Acceleration to Support Growth and Enhance Inclusion" during the forum. He reviewed the fund's developmental efforts in finding sustainable solutions to the challenges faced by developing countries and unifying joint efforts to achieve future growth and prosperity.

It is worth noting that the fund's participation in the forum comes as part of international funds, organizations, and institutions in developmental fields, contributing to enhancing frameworks and practices for developmental work and the challenges associated with it to find innovative practical solutions in accordance with international principles and standards to contribute to achieving sustainable development goals.
