أطلقت وزارة الحج استبانة إلكترونية لقياس رضا الحجاج عن مرحلة المغادرة، وأتاحتها لجميع فئات الحجاج من الداخل والخارج، بمن فيهم حجاج «الحج المباشر» للمشاركة وإبداء آرائهم وملاحظاتهم.
وتُعدُّ الاستبانة إحدى الأدوات الأساسية التي تعتمدها الوزارة؛ لتقييم تجربة الحاج من منظوره الشخصي، وتعزيز مبدأ التحسين المستمر في الخدمات المقدمة، بما يضمن مواكبة تطلعات ضيوف الرحمن، وتحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 في تقديم تجربة حج ميسّرة، ومثرية، وذات طابع إنساني راقٍ. وراعت الوزارة في تصميمها التنوّع الثقافي واللغوي لضيوف الرحمن، وأُتيحت بتسع لغات عالمية تشمل: العربية، والإنجليزية، والإسبانية، والفارسية، والفرنسية، والهندية، والماليزية، والتركية، والصينية، ما يجسد التزام الوزارة بتيسير سُبل التعبير لكل حاج مهما كانت لغته أو خلفيته الثقافية.
ودعت وزارة الحج والعمرة جميع الحجاج إلى التفاعل مع الاستبانة والمشاركة فيها، مؤكدة أن نتائجها تُسهم بشكل مباشر في دعم قرارات التحسين والتطوير، ورفع كفاءة الخدمات في مراحل المغادرة، بما يعكس التزام الوزارة بتقديم تجربة حج متكاملة، مبنية على التقييم الواقعي والملاحظات المباشرة.
The Ministry of Hajj has launched an electronic survey to measure the satisfaction of pilgrims regarding the departure phase, making it available to all categories of pilgrims from both inside and outside the country, including "direct Hajj" pilgrims, to participate and express their opinions and feedback.
The survey is considered one of the essential tools used by the ministry to evaluate the pilgrim's experience from their personal perspective, and to enhance the principle of continuous improvement in the services provided, ensuring alignment with the aspirations of the guests of the Merciful and achieving the targets of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in providing a smooth, enriching, and high-quality human experience of Hajj. The ministry has taken into account the cultural and linguistic diversity of the guests of the Merciful in its design, and it is available in nine global languages including: Arabic, English, Spanish, Persian, French, Hindi, Malaysian, Turkish, and Chinese, reflecting the ministry's commitment to facilitating means of expression for every pilgrim, regardless of their language or cultural background.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has called on all pilgrims to engage with the survey and participate in it, emphasizing that its results directly contribute to supporting decisions for improvement and development, and enhancing the efficiency of services during the departure phases, reflecting the ministry's commitment to providing a comprehensive Hajj experience based on realistic evaluation and direct feedback.
