The Real Estate Development Fund announced today the deposit of one billion and sixty-one million riyals into the accounts of beneficiaries of the housing support program from the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, and the Real Estate Fund, for the month of January 2026. The Fund clarified that the total support for January was allocated to support the profits of contracts for various housing support programs, in an effort to assist beneficiaries and improve their ability to own housing, in line with the objectives of the Housing Program, one of the initiatives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. The Real Estate Fund confirmed its ongoing work to develop financing solutions in partnership with financing entities and real estate developers; aimed at facilitating the journey of home ownership according to the appropriate financing options and recommendations that meet the needs of the beneficiaries.

It is worth noting that since its establishment in 1974, the Real Estate Development Fund has supported more than 1.8 million beneficiaries, and continues to play its pioneering role in enabling Saudi families to own suitable housing, by providing innovative and sustainable housing and financing solutions.
