The Ministry of Education confirmed the existence of special exceptions in the competition for seats allocated for admission to universities for four categories of male and female students who are graduates of high school, including: persons with disabilities of all types, children of martyrs, children of the missing, beneficiaries of social security, children of prisoners, and children of the injured. Each case will automatically appear on the platform for those who meet the conditions according to official data.

The ministry clarified that if the case does not appear despite eligibility, the individual should refer to the relevant authority to update their data as follows: students with disabilities should consult the Authority for the Care of Persons with Disabilities to update student data; children of martyrs, children of the missing, children of prisoners, and children of the injured should update their data through the Martyrs, Injured, Prisoners, and Missing Fund; those without known parents should update their data at the shelters affiliated with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development; as for beneficiaries of social security, they should update their data with the Ministry of Resources.
