واصلت وزارة الحج والعمرة فرض سياسة الانضباط على كلِّ الشركات والمؤسسات العاملة في مجال العمرة؛ بغرض تمكين ضيوف الرحمن من شعيرة العمرة بلا تعقيدات أو عوائق، وتمكينهم أيضاً من الحصول على حقوقهم في الخدمات كاملةً، والاستفادة من التسهيلات كافة، التي وفرتها الدولة لضيوف الرحمن من حجاج ومعتمرين وزوار.
وفرضت الوزارة، أمس (الثلاثاء)، عقوباتٍ صارمةً على شركات عمرة قصّرت في تقديم خدمات النقل؛ وفقاً للبرنامج المتفق عليه بينها وبين شركات ومؤسسات العمرة، ووصلت العقوبات إلى إيقاف نشاط الجهات المخالفة، وتسييل ضماناتها المصرفية لصالح تغطية تكاليف توفير الخدمة البديلة للمعتمرين المتضررين.
لقد أثمرت التعليمات والضوابط؛ التي أعلنتها الجهات المعنية في السعودية، عن تقديم خدمات استثنائية غير مسبوقة لضيوف الرحمن، وظهر ذلك جليّاً في حج هذا العام بفرض الانضباط وإلزام الشركات والمؤسسات بالمعايير والضوابط والشروط في السكن والعلاج وعلى المسارات كافة.
وبانتهاء موسم الحج وبدء العمرة، تظل الضوابط المعلنة في هذا الشأن أكبر ضمان لتقديم خدمة مميزة للمعتمرين، والتزام المؤسسات بالبرامج المعلنة في مواعيدها المحددة، ما يُسهم في تعزيز الجودة وتحقيق رضا المعتمرين.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah continued to enforce a discipline policy on all companies and institutions operating in the field of Umrah, aiming to enable the guests of Allah to perform the Umrah ritual without complications or obstacles, and also to ensure they receive their full rights in services and benefit from all the facilities provided by the state for the guests of Allah, including pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors.
Yesterday (Tuesday), the ministry imposed strict penalties on Umrah companies that fell short in providing transportation services, in accordance with the agreed-upon program between them and the Umrah companies and institutions. The penalties included suspending the activities of the violating entities and liquidating their bank guarantees to cover the costs of providing alternative services for the affected Umrah performers.
The instructions and regulations announced by the relevant authorities in Saudi Arabia have resulted in the provision of unprecedented exceptional services for the guests of Allah, which was clearly evident during this year's Hajj by enforcing discipline and obliging companies and institutions to adhere to the standards, regulations, and conditions regarding accommodation, treatment, and all routes.
With the end of the Hajj season and the start of Umrah, the announced regulations in this regard remain the greatest guarantee for providing distinguished service to Umrah performers, and for institutions to commit to the announced programs within their specified timelines, which contributes to enhancing quality and achieving the satisfaction of Umrah performers.
